Um, what are the requirements for recruiting Jirachi in Dungeon Time/Darkness?

You need the Mystery Part or Stone Plate. You can't take it with you into Final Maze, but I think having it in storage counts.

No, he just appears in the Final Maze Regardless. Sadly, you won't be able to bring an item that increases recruit rate either, so you'll have to realy on your presumably high level, or that one IQ skill I think Togekiss has.
