• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

I'm just wondering if this is ok

If it's not, I probably would have been caught anyway. So, this is my story.

I made an account yesterday or the day before. After I validated my account, I closed the window. The next day, I tried to go on again. Alas, I couldn't remember my password. I clicked the "Forgot Your Password?" link and typed in the email address I used. I went to sign in, but Hotmail says that the account I entered doesn't exist. I guess Hotmail deleted it for some reason. I'm 100% sure that I used the correct account name and password. I tried it multiple times.

I didn't see anything in the rules against having more than one account, but I figured I should ask anyway: Is it ok under these circumstances?

yeah, it's fine! having more than one account isn't really against the rules unless you're cheating at mafia or asb or something.

Eh, I'm not a mod, but I find it highly unlikely that this would be a problem. In fact, I remember someone a while ago made a whole new account after putting the old one out of commission.

Really, if you're not making new accounts just for the sake of having them or like whatsisname with the multiple bannings, you should be okay.

Anyway, welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies, I hope you have a nice stay.
