• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

    Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

    Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Odd Error

Phantom

Uh, I didn't do it.
I've been getting this odd error on the site, but only on the computer, as you can see, I get get onto the site on my phone perfectly. I can't get on any of the sites at all, and yes I have tried the alt.

It says:

Warning:file_get_contents(http://www.dragonflycave.com/defaultstyle.txt)[function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream:

HTTP request failed! In [path]/global.php(238) : eval()'d code on line 15

Fatal error: Cannot use [] for reading in /home/antialiasis/tcodforums.eeveeshq.com/global.php(238) : eval()'d code (21) : eval()'d code on line 1.

My phone reads the site fine. I've never seen this error before.

Hm. That's strange, I can access the forums just fine with both my phone and computer. Is the problem just on your computer? Are you able to try anyone else's?

Sadly I can't use a different browser. This isn't my computer and the person who owns it does not want any browsers other than IE on it. Trust me I'd be using Chrome otherwise.

It's nothing to do with browsers; it's because the site is down, and the forum is trying to fetch the default style from there if you don't have a style set either on the forums or for the site.

I'm working on fixing the site; unless something very strange is going on, it should be up in a bit (the server is working fine, just apparently not serving the files for some reason).
