New Platinum Team

I know you all dread me posting here, but I found some pokemon that I know I want on my team that I am still planning. I'm not very experienced at this competitive battling, but I want to start. Here are the Pokemon: Blastoise, Salamance, Frosslass, Porygon-Z, Spiritomb and Roserade. Please help me decide on the EVs/Nature/Item/Moves for each/Which pokemon to change.

You have to decide that for yourself. You can't just throw six pokémon you like together and call it a team, with or without good movesets.
