Back in action!
I've just defeated the Psychic gym in Emerald (I have two Emerald version games), and I'm trying to look for the submarine that Team Aqua has stolen. Is it around Sootopolis? If not, where? I've already seen the Space Station people in Mossdeep or whatever you call it... do I have to battle Rayquaza?
 
Go south from Mossdeep City to Route 128. Then dive there. You'll see a cave entrance. Ta dah.
 
Oh, all right. I got it now! Thanks! At first I thought you said surf north so I was confused but now I'm going to Sky Pillar.
 
Why Sky Pillar? ... Oh, right, Emerald. Did you already wake up Kyogre and head to Sootopolis? Good for you.
