Not bad. But I've seen tons of other Pokemon fansites on a subdomain with more content and a better layout. :/ You really have no original content other than the comics... which one cannot really even read. Work hard on it and you might stand a chance. ;D Think up something unique.
 
Maybe more images or graphics will help. Right now it looks a bit bland.
You could also create a catching phrase or line that sums up what your site is about. I'm still trying to figure out the significance of Generation 0.
 
The site's comics... well... suck. :( Sorry but really, the slowpoke? What humor is that? The only one I found even remotely funny was the clone one. There's not that much content in the website overall either. Try harder.
