Hey, look. I'm not an idiot in battling anymore.

So.........
I met this guy, a really good cloner. He wanted some more species of shinies to clone. I gave him my shinies for temporary use. He paid me. A lot. He gave me a Lv. 100 TRU Arceus, and Gamestop Jirachi. But that's not all. I also helped him with his Pokedex, and he gave me two of the best prizes a trainer could ever hope for;
A Shiny Cyndaquil and Aggron. Yeah. (He mass-imports shinies)

They each have nutreal natures, Cyndaquil is untouched, Aggron is Lv. 50. How should I EV them? I think 252/252/4 DEF/ATK/HP for Aggron, 252/252/4 SpA/Spee/HP for Cyndaquil. Would that be a good idea? And what movesets would suit them?
 
DAMMIT. Well, he ran out of crazy legendaries to give me, (I got a non-legit (Who really cares if it's legit) SHINY MEW out of him) so, he gave me TWO MORE SHINEH CYNDAQUILZ. Now I have a bunch of EV choices.
