Lately I've noticed I'll be logged in one minute, and the next I'll find myself logged out when I didn't even do anything(I think). I find that this usually happens when I try to post something, and it says something along the lines of, "If you want to post, refresh the page and log in again." I'll refresh, and I'll find I'm logged out. This happens within the first fifteen minutes or so of me being logged in.
Is there anything I'm doing that could be causing this or is the forum just going a little wonky on me?

EDIT: Last time it did it was 3:30 pm, March 25th(today). That was, like, right now.

I know I'm going to feel like a loser just saying this, but I don't actually know how to clear my cookies. I can clear toolbar history, but that's all I know.
