O_O But why not? If you saw a Wurmple, wouldn't you drown it? I like Starlys so me won't drown it but let it live and quickly evolve into a Staraptor that I can catch. Skip and Fields again.

Just look at your previous replies, please. When you quote me, you remove the closing bracket on the quote, so that some of the formatting is made odd. Whatever. Also, rare Pokémon are rare, that is the point of rare. No more common in one place than another. Uncommons are 5%, Rares are 2.5% and Very Rares are 0.5%. Ramble aside.
