It's up to you. Though it sounds like you may be misinterpreting my commands, since Tommy's orders aren't actually dependent on what her opponent does (barring the noticing Encore being broken thing that never actually occurred to me).

Different refs handle circular conditionals in different ways. Some will have the faster Pokémon give up and move first, some might just flip a coin, and some might have neither Pokémon move at all, if both really are really bent on waiting each other out. They might also take into account how urgently the command to wait was worded, whether it was implicit or explicit, etc.

No, Toxic poison doesn't stack in any way. The damage from poison won't affect Focus Punch.

Yes, a Hustle-boosted SE Focus Punch to the face is certainly enough to break off an Encore at least one action early. That was something I was looking for you to notice this round. Good job!

Tommy will probably realize that Dotcom's no longer Encored, yes. You might want to ask in the Question Box to be sure. However, just this time let's have Tommy notice regardless, because I put that conditional there just to see if you'd think to end the Encore and there's one other thing I want to test you on this round... hehe!

Yeah, I think it's pretty much standard to add 2% for Snatch.

They both do damage at the end of each action, to account for times when a round is shorter than usual (i.e. if a Pokémon is KOed on the first action of a round, the other still takes one action's worth of poison damage). You should distribute it roughly evenly across the three actions: if the damage for that round is 5%, for instance, you'd split it up like 2/2/1. It's your choice which action gets the 1% (though it should be a general rule, not something you have to decide each time). I personally like to have the middle action be the odd one out because then the damage alternates nicely like 1/0/1, 1/1/1, 1/2/1, 2/1/2, and so on.

People usually use random number generators like random.org for accuracy rolls and such. A roll of 90 or less would be a hit, and 91+ would be a miss. And you can choose what numbers you're looking to generate between for cases where you need a number out of something weird that's not 100! Like if a Pokémon had 6 clones, you can just roll a random number from 1-7 to see if an attack hits.

Yep, you should. By the way, I think I forgot to mention, but it'd be great if you'd include the results of all your rolls so I can confirm that you checked all the right things. That's not something you'd have to include in regular reffings if you don't want to, though.

Correct on both counts. You can flavour the Snatch thing as Dotcom attempting to carry out its thing and then some dark force snatching the effects away or something, even though it's actually Tommy who ends up paying the full cost for the move.

Hehe, not to worry! The soft deadline is a week, after all.

The Snatch conditional that I put in there results in Tommy being forced to wait to move last each action, because she needs to see if her foe is using something she can Snatch before she can decide what to do that action. Since Snatch is an increased-priority move, she'll be able to use it reactively when she sees Dotcom using Conversation and Snatch it away in time. It's the same principle as using Protect reactively, for instance. (If Snatch was neutral priority or lower, it'd be a different situation.)

All effects are transferred to the Snatcher. This includes the energy cost of the Snatched move (Dotcom won't end up expending any energy), as well as a bit of extra energy tacked on for the use of Snatch.

I think when the foe's Defense and Special Defense stats are the same, the stat boosted by Download is randomized. That's certainly how it's been done at least once before in ASB, but I guess that's not how the games treat it. Huh.

It's much better to ask now! That's how you'd handle it in a regular, non-test battle.

(By the way, there's certainly nothing wrong with having a lot of questions in the first round. This one isn't all that straightforward.)

I forgot to say this in my PM but I've given you ref powers in the ASBdb, so you can go ahead and create the battle there whenever you get two battlers. (If one of them uses rentals then just fill out the form as normal and I'll fix it later.)
