I'm wondering, why Scald? It's not the greatest Water-type move, you could probably do better with others.

Why not use Surf instead? Especially on that Starmie.

Because scald is 15 bp less in exchange for 30% burn? The only way this isn't worth it is if you consistently use status moves. Surf might be better on the starmie, but that depends on if he reliably t-waves. :/

Why quick attack on scizor? I don't do competitive so I might be missing something obvious.

Possibly because it's effectively an 80 bp priority move?

Have you considered Gastrodon? Or Magnezone?

Where are you getting 80 from? It's 60. At any rate Quick Attack is for things that resist Bullet Punch.

It's still getting walled by any steel-type. I'd highly suggest replacing that quick attack with either brick break or superpower.

I'm going to leave now, and I'm never coming back.

Magnezone is capable of learning Thunder and Rain Dance, as well as having Magnet pull, meaning that most hazard users are as good as dead.

Gastrodon is just a troll. It won me so many games it's ridiculous.

Have you also considered Volcarona or Tornadus?

What do you suggest replacing?

I would take out Swampert for either of the two, as Gastrodeon outclasses it with its insanely broken ability, or the Prankster-Taunting-Tornadous
