Back in action!
Somewhere, in a peaceful forest never explored by humans, there were four Clans: the Earth, Air, Fire and Water clans. But none of them are accepting to outsiders as they were before, and this provoked a major event.
After the leader of each Clan received the same prophecy, they drove out certain Pokémon. These Pokémon were all different from the rest in some way that gave them a distinct flaw or advantage. Just because of this, they were exiled. Now, they must work together to either create a Clan of their own, or convince their leaders to take them back, whether by reasoning or by force. Only you can decide your destiny...

RULES:
1. No godmoding, powerplaying, etc. All tCoD and roleplaying rules apply here. The most strongly reinforced one is... NO Mary-Sue characters!
2. I'd prefer it if your character were part of the Clan that corresponds to its type:
Earth: Ground, Rock, Grass, Steel
Air: Flying, Poison, Bug, Ghost
Fire: Fire, Electric
Water: Water, Ice
Anything: Dark, Psychic, Fighting, Normal, Dragon
3. You can have as many characters as you like.
4. You may be part of a Clan, or the Exiled.
5. Battles are anime-style, and your Pokémon knows all its possible moves, learned in any method.
6. You may not be a legendary.

TERRITORY DESCRIPTIONS:

The Earth territory is a flat forest with lots of deciduous trees, and is mostly grassy, with some patches of sand and soil. There are a few caves near the back of the territory that are used for training. The camp is just slightly off-center, being the largest cave in the Earth territory. The wild Pokémon include many Poison, Ground, Bug and Grass-types. The Earth territory is on the north-western side of the region.

The Air territory is a sandy plain with few grasses and no trees. There are many hollows, the largest of which is in the back, and used as a camp for the members of the Air Clan. There is a small stream running to the east on the southern side of the territory, and it branches off into the territory to the west. The wild Pokémon include Rock and some Steel types. The Air territory is on the south-western side of the region.

The Water territory is a marsh with many ponds and lakes. There are many different kinds of plants and wild Pokémon that live there. The camp is a grassy patch in the center of the territory, with a few reeds separating the parts into dens. The wild Pokémon include many Poison, Water, and a few Ice-types, with Croagunk, Ekans, Wurmple, and Totodile being common. The Water territory is on the south-eastern side of the region.

The Fire territory is an area dotted with trees. There are many rocks and small cliffs for climbing, but the Fire Clan's favorite use for them is sunning themselves. There are not many flammable things, so the Fire Clan can practice their attacks safely. The camp is a sandstone outcropping, with a few caves in it for dens. The wild Pokémon include many Rock and Fire types. The Fire territory is on the north-eastern side of the region.

The types that are common through all territories are: Ground, Flying, Normal and Bug.

The RP will start with all Exiled ones meeting at the Center Hollow, a trench where Pokémon sometimes meet.

Gender: Female
Species: Delcatty
Allegiance: Former Fire
Biography: She was born small and with an especially long tail, and with a bright pelt. She couldn't hunt well, and required her close friend, Tigerflame. The Combusken always helped her get the prey she needed, and of course she didn't need help with berries, which didn't move. She was evolved unintentionally when Tigerflame brought her on a duo exploration of a cave near the center of the territory. There, they found a Moon Stone, and Ruby evolved. But one day, she was unexpectedly exiled, and is going to meet the other exiled ones at the center of all the Clans' territory.
Personality: She is usually snooty and argumentative, easily irritated and fearsome when she's angry. But, in the rare times when you catch her on her good side, she's calm and friendly, willing to help. Ruby is rather ambitious, wanting to prove herself.
Quirk(s): She's much smaller than average, has a very long tail, and an especially bright pelt.

Gender: Male
Species: Combusken
Allegiance: Former Fire
Biography: He was friends with Ruby for a long time, and always helped her with her training. When she was mistakenly and unfairly exiled, he chose to leave the Fire Clan and go to help her survive, since she had never learned properly how. He sometimes misses his Clan, but knows that if Ruby were to die, he would probably blame himself for it and kill himself.
Personality: Serious but calm, Tigerflame always willing to help. He tends to act isolated and lonely without his friend Ruby. He had always been alone until he made friends with her, which was when he was still a Torchic. Once, he was curious and wanted to explore a certain cave, with permission. There, he searched for rare rocks. Unexpectedly, he found a Moon Stone, causing Ruby to evolve.
Quirk(s): He has black stripes like a tiger that don't quite reach all the way around him on his belly, but they do on his head, arms and legs.

Gender: Male
Species: Spheal
Allegiance: Former Water
Biography: Icefur was born into in clan of Water Pokémon. There, he trained in medicine, and fighting. He chose not to evolve when his time came, not wanting to change form in fear of losing his fur color. One day, he was kicked out and told that it was only for the best. Now he is out to meet the others.

Quirk(s): Dark blue instead of the typical ice blue.

Biography: Born in the Fire Clan, he was trained by his father, but his father caused a major conflict with the leader of the Air Clan, and his father was banished, which distanced him from the clan, because he blamed the leader for the problem

Quirk(s): When his father was exiled, he was distanced from the clan, and was exiled due to his radical beliefs.

Name: Chirin
Gender: Male
Species: Flaaffy
Allegiance: Former Fire
Biography: As a Mareep, he was unusually proficient at one-on-one physical combat, and unlike others of his species, he wasn't content to just be a frail little thunder-caster. He spent his time devising new strategies and sparring, and soon gained a reputation for his ferocity in battle. One day, while fighting a Quilava, he got carried away and almost killed him. Now, accidents like this happened all the time in sparring matches, but for some reason he was hustled out of the clan for being "too vicious".
Personality: He's a bright, spirited individual who's always willing to participate and help his friends, but unusual for his species, he has a brutal, unsympathetic steak. He shows no mercy for his enemies, and if he gets carried away, may indeed kill them. Despite this, he's fairly naive about things.
Quirk(s): His horns are large for a Flaaffy. Also, the ball on his tail is green rather than blue.
Other: Taking Chirin from "Desire for Legend's Harmony", gender, flipped, and making her closer to (but not ripping off) who she was named after and generally more interesting. :3

Name: Haktor
Gender: Male
Species: Skarmory
Allegiance: Former Air
Biography: Because Skarmorys are both Flying and Steel type, Haktor, and other Skarmorys, have been in the middle of the conflict for a long time: which clan do they belong in, Earth or Air? After an especially hard argument among the Clan leaders, many Skarmorys were kicked out of their clans, whether they were in Air or Earth. Some Skarmorys left the place altogether and lived solitary lives. Haktor, however, was ambitious and wanted to start another clan, a clan of only Skarmorys.
Personality: Haktor is ambitious and adamant; nothing can change his mind when he decided on something. He loves flying, and likes experimenting and combining attacks together to form crazy, powerful attacks. He's not exactly a very serious Pokemon though; Haktor jokes quite a lot, and is very good at insulting others, even if they did't realize it.
Quirk(s): A Steel/Flying type, which caused conflict among the clans. Haktor wasn't really favoring one clan over the other, so both clans decided that he was not "loyal" enough and refused to accept him as one of their own.
Other: A good fighter, better flier, but bad at everything else. Especially planning things out. Friends with Blast.

Name: Blast
Gender: Male
Species: Charizard
Allegiance: Fire
Biography: After the conflict of Skarmorys, many duel-typed Pokemon were afraid of getting kicked out of their clans. One night, Blast left the clan grounds for a fly and met Haktor. They became great friends, and Blast learned about the conflicts between the conflict between the clans. Because of that, he decided to leave his clan and join Haktor with forming a new clan. However, the Fire Clan leader refused to let Blast leave the clan because he was too powerful, so Blast, once again, snuck out of his Clan late at night and joined Haktor in the outskirts of the clan grounds.
Personality: Blast is usually friendly, but will not hesitate to fight if needed. He's extremely loyal to Haktor, and also loves flying.
Quirk(s): Not exiled. Whoot.
Other: Powerful in battles, but not exactly agile. Friends with Haktor.

Gender: Male
Species: Vespiquen

Biography: Za was a male Combee in the Air Clan, and spent his time gathering rare honey for the clan. He gave it to the medicine Pokemon to use as a sweet medicine, but when he evolved he was banished from the clan.

Quirk(s): Being the only male Vespiquen to be told about.
Other: 17 Pokemon years old.

Name: Peruzhan
Gender: Male
Species: Persian
Allegiance: None; a wanderer.
Biography: Peruzhan, also know as Shian, wanders the territories, fending for himself. He is believed to be StarClan's (or whatever it's called) messenger to the clans if they cannot be told directly for some reason or another.

Quirk(s): Tortoiseshell fur; white with black and ginger splotches.

Name: Varnal
Gender: Male
Species: Flygon
Allegiance: Former Earth
Biography: He was found as an egg in the Earth territory, apparently an orphan, and made plenty of friends as a Trapinch, but problems really started as he evolved. Growing wings and the ability to breathe fire put him at odds with many of his brethren, and constant territory wars with the two neighbors did not win him any favor. He was forced out to keep the peace. Afterward, he tried to go to both the Air and Fire clans, but no one would take him. He felt shunned by all those around him and grew bitter, training aggressively to one day find a way to get back at all those who refused him. Over the next couple decades, he evolved again to Flygon and formed his own small territory near Center Hollow. He viciously attacked anyone from any side who got close to him, accepting only those who either submitted to him or managed to defeat him to even come close... all others he would drive away or kill. He discovered about a meeting at Center Hollow with other exiles, and wishes to meet them, to see if anyone else shares his beliefs. He secretl

Quirk(s): It's not really so much as physical differences between him and others of his species... Varnal is one of the only Flygons. When he was young and naive, he sympathized with both the Fire and Air clans during wars with them, and was thought of by many as a traitor.
Other: He secretly longs to find just one more of his species, to prove that he's not the only one of a kind. (if anyone wants another Flygon character, that would be cool ^^)

Gender: Female
Species: Togetic
Allegiance: Former Air
Biography: Much like Inferno's past, her mother had an affair with one of the high leaders of the air clan, and her mother was executed for this, an action that she did not completely understand due to her young age at the time. She was then exiled, and found by Inferno, and became his apprentice.
Personality: May be played out
Quirk(s): Was exiled after her mother was executed, and was taken under Inferno's wing, and raised as his daughter.
Other: In case you didn't get this yet, she is Inferno's apprentice.
 
Name: Gervais
Gender: Male
Species: Gabite
Allegiance: Former Earth
Biography: A rare sight, Gervais was born in a cave, though his parents are evidently missing. He grew up well enough, though, as his species wasn't common and the community wanted to see his kind remain. However, evolving into a Gabite, he learned about his species. He learned about how Garchomps flew. He observed Varnal growing up. How the Trapinch grew to become a Vibrava, which flew, and then a Flygon, who not only flew, but breathed fire. The realization that he too would one day be another flying, fire-breathing creature, Gervais left, and set off to start his own clan. A clan of dragons. He drifted, and actually met Varnal, though the encounter didn't end well.
Personality: Played out, if I may.
Quirks: Left out of a desire to start a clan for dragons alone. Though his voracious appetite got him in trouble at times, too.
