• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

In Super Mario Galaxy, how did the Gold Leaf Galaxy come to be practically identical to the Honeyhive Galaxy?

Sonic is the fastest person in the game but is the last person to arrive to help the fight in the Subspace Emissary. Maybe he just had a really, really long distance to travel.

I have that game. Good, but badly made :(. It crashed every time I looked in the inventory so I had to start a new game. There are other strange stuff. It only takes eight hours to turn a tiny room into a bigger, fully furnished room with working plumbing and electricity. I just explain...

Wiki says "Princess Daisy (デイジー姫, Deijī-hime?) is the princess of Sarasaland." I'll check there before saying anything here. Hmmm Rosalina doesn't have anything about her there. I'll search elsewhere. There's no mention of her being a princess on Mario Wiki. It doesn't explain her powers...

Oh and how does Rosalina fly/float anyway? (magic wand is my guess) Is she a princess? If so, what's she the princess of? (space is my guess) What's Daisy the princess of?

I thought this myself. The conclusion I came to was because she's taller than anyone else and that Luma that floats around is really heavy too. (but it floats!) I have no idea though. Speaking of MarioKart Wii. What the hell is the point of Baby Daisy? Is she in any other games? If she is then...

You're talking about Galaxy, right? I assume that Lumas are basically baby stars/planets/galaxies, and the things they eat are 'star bits' so when they transform, 'they are what they eat'? I don't know. Magic and space ships. Because the gems are pretty :D

From what I recall Stages 1-1 and 1-2 are identical in both games.

OK, but when you play on that stage, it's clearly either level 1-1 or level 1-2 of Super Mario Brothers and New Super Mario Brothers. You can't really see he terrain in the original, but in NSMB level 1-1 is grassy, where in Brawl, it's a desert.

Hmmm actually come to think of it. You do realise you can point out something that's wrong with practically every stage? It's called the Mushroom Kingdom, not Mushroomy Kingdom, The Pirate Ship is about 1/5 of the size it is in the game, The Bridge of Eldin never got blown up, since when to...

How does anything drop from the sky? I recall reading somewhere that the SSB world has weird rules about why items appear but I can't remember where it was or how reliable it was.

Super Mario 64 (& DS), Sunshine and Galaxy. The blocks hold stuff because they're like boxes. Boxes are solid and they contain stuff. And why does he keep toads behind them. I'd just get someone to say "Your Princess was in this castle but she's dead now. You can go home."

Bomb bag thing: when you pick up something and you see Link hovering it in front of him, they're much smaller than they actually are. Look at the size difference between the ball and chain when you pick it up and when you're using it. Bottle thing: Dishwashers didn't exist back then :P In the...
