Derelict Factory
Derelict Factory is exactly what the name says. An old factory, long abandoned, has provided a home for various electric and steel type Pokemon. For a specified amount of money, you can explore the Research & Development Area or the Production Area of the factory. Please be sure to specify which area you choose to explore in your post.
The Research & Development Area
An area in the north end of the factory. Reseach for new products was performed here. There is an old computer system and small generators nearby. The electricity draws certain Pokemon.

Common: Magnemite, Pikachu, Bronzor, Shinx, Electrike, Pachirisu, Elekid, and Mareep.
Rare: Magneton, Bronzong, Luxio, Manectrike, Flaaffy, Electabuzz, Porygon, Mawile, Raichu, and Beldum.
Very Rare: Rotom, Luxray, Magnezone, and Ampharos.
The Production Area
An area in the south end in the factory. Products were produced here. There are various oil drums, spare parts, and tubing. These provide plenty of places to hide for all kinds of Pokemon. There are also various items to be found. Some old kilns are nearby. (NOTE: There is a 1:25 chance to find items.)
