It meant adding x0.13 rounded down
Go Diglett.
First use Earth power but if he protects use double team and create 2 clones. Then use earth power if you haven't already, mud bomb if you have, if he protects chill. Finally make sure you go last and use Sandstorm.

Aww crap. Super effectiveness... First use Double Team and make as many damn clones as you can. Hopefully, Earth Power missed so use Protect. If by some chance Earth Power was used, use Magnet Rise. Finally get some damage in by using Ice Fang

Round One

Elsewhere in a certain region, the weather that day would have been considered fine, if not perfect. In fact, almost all of the province was bathed by a welcoming sunshine. Almost. There was one place where this sunlight never reaches. Sure, the sun might shine on it, but the light is never welcoming, not because of the place's position or appearance, but because of its history. This place is the aptly named 'Haunted Mountain'. Many years ago, a great battle took place upon this very mountain, but was ended abruptly by a rock slide. People that live in the surrounding area believe that because of the sudden deaths, the spirits of the soldiers still linger in the area. As such, it is almost impossible to find people traversing its large cliffs. However, if you were to look today, you would see two trainers and a referee standing around, beginning a battle for reasons unknown. If you were to look closer, you would see a Diglett in front the trainer known as 'thunder', and although the battle had yet to begin, he was already cringing in fear from his notably larger opponent; a Shinx by the name of Kira.

Round One Begin

After a brief moment so the trainers could command their pokemon, the referee waved his flags and signalled the match begin. Almost instantly, the faster Diglett got over his fears and began summoning powers that lay deep beneath the ground focusing them around her opponent's location and holding them down until they were powerful enough to burst out. The Shinx, who was questioning her opponent's concentration, let out a sudden gasp as the ground split beneath her, releasing a burning sheet of pure earthly power, which sent her flying backwards. Seeing the Shinx lay in a heap, bruised and obviously in pain, made the Diglett realize how weak she actually was, allowing him to overcome his original fear. ”Just that made you fly? Pfft, you aren't so tough.”.

Gritting her teeth in pain and anger, the Shinx picked herself up and dusted herself off a bit, before proceeding to break into a lightning-fast sprint around her opponent. So quickly did she run that soon, the Shinx began leaving images of herself in her wake, and when she stopped to take a break, there were five mirror-images around her, all mimicking her every move.

Although a little surprised at the sudden increase of Kiras, the Diglett shrugged it off and began searching for any mud in which he could fashion his explosive weapon. Finding none, the Diglett simply used some of the more moist soil and using his affinity with the ground, began to craft it into the rough shape of a sphere, pressuring it as much as he could. When he was finally finished with his work, it was launched directly in the general direction of the Shinx army. He wasn't able to hit any of the images OR the actual Shinx directly, but when the self-made explosive impacted on the ground, it exploded into a million bits of soil, which quickly destroyed all the images, as well as throwing small amount of it into the Shinx's side.

Angry that her hard work had been ruined so easily, Kira began to focus her powers of the magnetic field of the earth, and on the effects it had on her body. After making both of them one and the same, the electric-type could feel her body suddenly get pushed upwards, as the laws of magnetism acted upon her until she was floating about a metre off the ground. Grinning to herself, she thought, Heh heh, no more pesky ground attacks for him.

The land-bound Diglett simply blinked at the now hovering Kira, thinking, ”How the heck did she do that?” After moments of pondering and deciding that the battle at hand was more important than learning how to float as a Diglett, the mole was about to begin his move, when suddenly his trainers words echoed in his head. There is a time and place for everything. Make sure you go last.

Seeing her opponent metaphorically sit there doing nothing, Kira decided it was her turn to bring the pain. Focusing subzero temperatures into her now bared teeth, she dashed down to the Diglett, and promptly set her fangs into the skin of the ground-type, before returning to her post above the ground. Wincing as the coldness seeped over him, the Diglett drew into his arcane control of weather and summoned a raging sandstorm, fuelled by the rocks around him. Kira watched, through the stinging of sand in her side, as her opponent seemed to flicker in and out of vision.

As the sand whipped across the arena, the referee signalled a pause and the end of the round before reaching into his backpack to pull out his Go-Goggles, and watched as the trainers did the same.

Referee Notes
Patar, your commands show that you seem to think Kira will move first. Diglett outspeeds Shinx, just wanted to tell you that.
Diglett lost his Intimidate attack drop when Shinx fell into a heap from the Earth Power.
There wasn't any mud in the vicinity, so Diglett made a weaker version from moist soil.
Mud Bomb destroyed all the clones on impact, as well as hurting Kira slightly, which would make sense.

Round Two

Both battlers stood face to face in the raging sandstorm, wearing Go-Goggles and trying not to flinch from the stinging sand whipping around them. The referee took a quick glance at the two battlers, a Diglett and a Shinx, the latter of which was obviously in the worse condition, but looking more determined that ever, now that she was immune to ground attacks. The Diglett however, simply metaphorically stood there, occasionally flickering out of sight as the sand camouflaged his largely hidden body. The referee then took a look at the two trainers, and seeing that all the necessary commands for the round had been issued, raised both his flags to begin the second round.

Round 2 Begin

Before the referee's flags had even finished going down, the Diglett had already leapt into action, focusing vile toxins inside his body. Conjuring up a mixture of poisons and other various harmful chemicals inside his stomach, he regurgitated it, directly in the face of the his opponent, a floating Shinx who had been busy performing a strange dance, which ended up looking rather awkward in mid air. The mixture sank into her body, causing her to shift in discomfort, but she continued the dance. However, the results of her performance would come soon enough.

As the electric-type finished her final movement, the sandstorm ended right on cue, and rain began to pour from the heavens. For the Diglett, the weather had suddenly gone from perfect, to blisteringly annoying. His little ground-type body wasn't built for rain. Seeing his frown, the flying 'Flash' pokemon grinned her delight. ”No more hiding, little mole.”. However, her enjoyment was short-lived as a large, ghostly boulder rolled down the slope and crashed directly into her head.

The Diglett allowed himself to give out a light chuckle as the Shinx rubbed her head in pain from the boulder, but decided to use this as an opening. Concentrating on the rocks in the arena, and lifting them above his now levitating opponent, before letting them drop directly on top of Kira.

The stones tumbled down and crushed her underneath them, thus binding her to the ground, and trapping her inside a stone prison. The female attempted to struggle out, but to no avail.

Feeling more confident now that the opponent was trapped, the mole pokemon unleashed an age-old power, calling upon spirits of the land that lay trapped in the ground, as well as the rocks that entombed them. The stones and earth rose up into the air, and suddenly launched themselves towards the now trapped Shinx. She howled as the rocks battered her prison, causing her to shake with it. However, when the barrage of earthly spirits finally ended, Kira saw that her prison had been weakened by the hammering, and that she could force her way out, and proceeded to resume levitating as the magnetic field of the earth once again acted upon her.

Stretching her body, which was stiff from the cramping, she vowed revenge on the mole that had done this to her, and began extracting said revenge by supercooling her fangs, and running downwards to the mole, sinking her teeth into the hard flesh, suddenly realising how much more sluggish her muscles had become from confinement. The Diglett, victim of said attack, winced in pain, and felt his side numb a little.

The Diglett's confidence had gone down, and the rain was going little to help. However, his hope returned when he saw the Shinx wince in pain, the chemicals obviously eating her from the inside.

The two trainer upon Haunted Mountain continued to foolishly stand in the rain, ignoring the cold droplets shattering upon their clothes. While the referee had retreated into a sheltered cove that still overlooked the battle, the two trainers stood face to face, eyeing each other for a hint of what moves the other would make. The pokemon however, were none too pleased about how this battle was going, each with its own reason. For the Diglett standing in front of 'thunder', it was because of the rain that made his body itch wherever it hit. For the Shinx in the air however, the rain clouds caused no problem, but her rage came from another source. She was badly hurt, and desperatly wanted to extract her revenge on the mole that had dealt so much pain to her.

Round 3 Begin

The sheltered referee gave a moment to double-check that both trainers had given their commands, and waved his flags to the watching pokemon, signalling the beginning of the round. Both combatants then proceeded to stare at each other, anticipating any attack that would come. Diglett moved first. However, instead of continuing his streak of damage, the mole opened his mouth and began to flatter the floating Kira, talking about how magnificent she was, and how her fur seemed to cackle with sparks in the rain, and how incredible she was to be able to fly without wings.

His compliments seemed to work, as the Shinx's face quickly turned from a glare of death to a warm, shy blush. ”Does he really think that? That is soo nice!” Her infatuation seemed to be so powerful, she simply hovered there, staring at the Diglett whom had flattered her so, and forgot her commands.

The Diglett, seeing the opponent simply stare at him lovingly, decided to move onto his next command. Apologising profusely that it was his trainer forcing him, and that they could maybe meet up again after the battle, he focused his energy on the pile of rocks that were stacked next to Kira. Lifting them above his opponent, he suddenly let go, causing the stones to fall onto the unsuspecting and smitten Kira.

Said target simply continued to smile, although some thoughts and realisations were beginning to gather within her mind. If he really does think I'm so awesome, why did he attack me? Oh right. His trainer told him to. Hmm, I think I'll forgive him then. He is quite cute, being a tiny little head and all. After a little more thinking, she cast the doubts aside, choosing to believe the ground-type. And once again, completely forgetting her commands in the process.

Seeing his opponent continue to ogle at him, the Diglett mentally shrugged and repeated his most-recent move. Lifting the boulders that he had used the previous action, holding them directly above the smitten electric-type's flying body. Once again, they plummeted towards the target. However, this time, they fell just to the right of Kira, effectively doing nothing. The Diglett swore inside himself, wondering how he could have missed such a simple target.

To Kira however, took the inaccurate attacks as a sign of affection. He must have missed because he doesn't want me to get hurt. How thoughtful. But I must tell him later, I'm tough enough to live some boulders.. She was about to simply continue ogling, when a subconscious thought prodded her. It was telling her to use Ice Fang. On her beloved? No way. However, as the voice continued to annoy her, she gave in, deciding to simply do it gently. Cooling her fangs, she walked over to the mole, whispered an apology, and softly sank her fans into his head, before shamefully returning to her spot above the ground.

Just as she returned however, a familiar jolt of pain sped through her, causing her pain, as well making her recalling her origin intentions regarding the Diglett. But hes cute though...

The two trainers had been standing on the battlefield for almost two weeks without moving. Reason? The referee had suddenly vanished, uttering something along the lines of “Goddamn exams”. So, all the four participants simply stood or floated there in complete stillness, while the pouring rain continued to drench the battlefield, and by extension, themselves. And so they waited and waited, with impatience obviously settling over all four of the combatants. And finally their wait was rewarded. After many days of patient waiting, the referee returned, grinning about how all his exams were over and done with. Seeing that both trainers had given their commands a while ago, he hastily raised his flags and begun the fourth round.

Round 4 Begin

The flags dropped, and both combatants stared at each other. Kira, seeing that her opponent had yet to move, began to talk about her feelings and how she absolutely adored him, most of which was true. She continued to pour out her heart, talking about how incredibly cute the Diglett was being a little brown head, and how nice he was to have missed that rather painful Rock Slide. Her long list of why he was awesome continued, whilst she hid her mixed signals deep within her heart.

The subject of such compliments however, remained unimpressed and he just stared calmly at his opponent, looking around at the world through the green barrier he had conjured, which the female had obviously not noticed. The barrier made the words seem so...bland. Knowing that her feelings were the result of lies, the mole knew he could easily resist them. The Shinx, upon noticing his nonchalant stare, felt her heart sink as the compliments failed to reach their target with the desired effect.

Dropping his protective barrier now that Kira had ended her speech, Diglett instead began to focus his power on the rocks around the floating electric-type, lifting them as the unsuspecting victim attempted to figure where her flattery went wrong. And with an unearthly heave, the stones fell, trapping the floating foe into a stony prison.

Kira struggled against her new captors, but to no avail. Remembering her commands, she once again tried to flatter her opponent, but from underneath a pile of rocks, added onto the fact that the Diglett had a fair idea it wasn't real, served to create a rather unimpressive display. The Diglett however, seeing her in such a sorry state, as well as her previous shows of affection, did create a pang of guilt and sympathy within the ground type's heart. “Alright fine, I'll go a little easier.”

The ground-type then proceeded to lift more boulders around them, preferring the smaller ones, almost to a noticeable extent. However, with too much on his mind, the mole failed to realize his aim was off, and dropping the stones, they fell a little to the left of his intended target, whom was still struggling within her cage, and feeling her muscles become stiffer with every second.

Kira continued her attempts to break free, fuelled the feeling that the stones were slowly breaking. And with one last strenuous effort, she escaped from the stony prison, returning into the air as magnetism once again took hold of her body. Her feelings for the opponent gone alongside the icy prison, she sprinted towards the Diglett, fangs glowing icy blue. With a sickened crunch, they fell upon the lone mole, with far more power than she otherwise would be able to manage.

And with that rather painful blast of cold spreading across his body, Diglett’s small pang of sympathy disappeared, and was filled with glee when the rain finally ended. His joy was furthered by his opponent’s grimace as the toxins stabbed her body, this time obviously more painful that the last.

Round 5

With the referee returned and bloodlust burning hotter than before, and Kira’s attraction broken, both participants were eager to return to the battle. The trainers faced off, and one, known as Patar, had just given commands, so his Shinx could return to her business, namely, destroying the opposing Diglett in as many different ways as possible. The said Diglett simply remained calm, enjoying the now clear weather and the lead he had gotten over his opponent. And so, with skies clear and battlefield somewhat dry, the referee raised both his flags to begin the fifth round.

Infact, the Diglett was already tapping into his powers, channelling them into the rocks that he had already lifted several times before. Once again, he lifted them up, causing a rather sinister shadow to linger over the floating opponent. This time however, the rocks were lifted higher than normal, allowing them to fall with far more power onto Kira, who was frankly getting quite sick of being trapped.

However, before the rocks could make any contact with her, a previously unseen green barrier suddenly came into effect and halted the falling, and instead forced the stones away from their intended target. The Shinx grinned to herself. It wasn’t just the mole that could use shields like these.

The Diglett however, felt the opposite, annoyed that his attack did not succeed. To Kira, the Diglett’s annoyance was an opening that she planned to take advantage of. Conjuring icy cold temperatures from within her body, she controlled and forced them to take over her fangs, causing them to glow a dangerous, icy white. Sprinting towards the ground type with blinding speed, she sunk her now frozen fangs into him. Combined with the momentum of the sprint, the attack had obviously caused a lot of damage, which was evident in the Diglett’s apparent displeasure.

Shaking off the numb feeling, the mole proceeded to his next attack. Once again lifting up the boulder that he using the powers that he had tapped into so many times before, he controlled the stones and moved them above where his target floated. However, due to his depth perception being rather wonky from one closed eye, which was numb from the Ice Fang, his stones were actually a fair way off target. Letting them drop, only one of the rocks even came close to the Shinx, but she was easily able to move out of the way in time.

Undeterred, the ground type metaphorically shrugged and focused his attention to the next move on his command. Frowning at the fact that he could have blitzed Kira with earthquake, the Diglett focused a strange and hidden power that lay deep within him, conjuring it into a sphere of mysterious power. Once concentrated enough, he let it rip, turning the ball into a beam of pure brown energy, right into the opposing Shinx, who was busy staring at how shiny the ball was. The power was able to rush right into her body, causing her to see funny images and a whole lot of fuzziness. ”Huh, what's a pineapple doing here? No, that's a dinosaur. Wait....yeah its a pineapple.”

Her contemplation of what said spiny fruit was supposedly doing in the battlefield was interrupted by a rather familiar jolt of pain coursing through her veins, this time once again more powerful. Kira scrunched her face in pain, then went back to looking at the strange pineapple.

... I'll take a risk here but Rest. Then just Snore. If you wake up, use Ice Fang.
