This might be interesting, going against a made-up Pokemon. In which case, I summon send out Spear, my Aron. Let's do this.

Start with Magnet Rise, then proceed with Iron Defense and finally Earth Power.

Magnet Rise ~ Iron Defense ~ Earth Power

Ok, for your first battle, use stealth rock, then attract, and finally, use flamethrower!

They say the internet is merely a series of tubes -- actually, it's a series of fiberglass wires. Nonetheless, Porygon's existance as a virtual Pokémon already stretches the technological willing suspension of disbelief far enough to make anything else forgivable, so why not travel to an environment that doesn't physically exist?

A trio gathers upon a flat, wide surface. Under their feet, zeroes and ones frantically traveled back and forth -- must be the swift broadcast of data. The area they stand upon is similar to a road in a sense, as it seems to potentially lead toward two different directions. The entire place seems to be made of nothing but intertwined strings of data, sometimes located near each other enough to allow one to jump from one to another. What could lay beyond the strings? They don't know; the bottom of that place was too far down, and there were enough strings to cover it up effectively. All the could see was the dark sky -- infinite nothingness, presumably.

After for a while allowing the oddness of the location to strike him, the referee repasses the specific rulings set for that match, and gave the signal to send out. On Magikarp's end, the released critter was a small, orange, reptillian critter hidden within an oval, cracked shell that resembled a rock. What Darksong sent out in response was a tiny, quadrupedal being deeply clad in armor.

Commands were issued, and at Metallica Fanboy's signal, the round began.

Suddenly, however, the amount of data traveling by spiked, causing traffic overload and effectively slowing down one of the battlers' metabolism heavily.

As one surprised Spear tested out its slow-framed movements, it noticed a flurry of bladed fiberglass chunks break off the ground, surrounding and circling around her. At that point, she decided to not bother trying to understand all the strange things around her, instead focusing on the task dealt -- that is, unleashing a magnetic pulse through her armor. The high presence of electricity on the vicinty eased the achievment of the intended results: eletromagnetic levitation.

While airborne, the Aron finally took her time to even notice who she was up against. An unusual sort -- she never recalled seeing anything quite alike it. Maybe Pokémon with snouts like that, maybe shelled Pokémon like that, but nothing that combined the two elements in one creature. Suddenly, it struck her: it was incredibly cute. Almost distractingly so.

Lost in a sudden wave of squealing thoughts, she was no longer focused on following her orders -- she could only barely remember to use Iron Defense, and no more than that -- and was caught off guard when the Dragomelet suddenly spat out a tongue of flames at her.

As the referee called for the suspension of the duel for further commands and a short break, the flow of data returned to normal, and now Darksong's Pokémon could move normally.

OK Eragon, Use Rock Polish for more speed, then use hidden power and secret power combined! but if during the rock polish spear attacks or tries to make you lose stats, use substitute 15%. if during the combined move of EPIC POWER spear attacks, use iron tail and aqua tail combined.

Rock Polish/Substitute 15% ~ Hidden Power + Secret Power/Iron Tail + Aqua Tail

First use Captivate, and then Protect, and finally see if you can use Hidden Power but focus on making the orbs emanate from you and in a ring (rather like the animation of Dark Pulse in the games) to increase the distance between you and the Stealth Rocks.

Captivate ~ Protect ~ Hidden Power

Magikarp, you're not supposed to edit your commands after your opponent posts theirs. Regarding this, the command to use Substitute in case of stat drops was ignored. Not that it'd make any difference; Aron is faster than Dragomelet by a mite, so, Captivate would've landed regardless.

Man and creature alike struggled to get used to the unusual air of the virtual world as commands were issued and the signal to commence battling once more was given.

Spear had a tough order to start the round with. It's hard to captivate when you're tiny and mostly featureless, let alone when there's a barrier of timidness to overcome. Nonetheless, somehow, she ultimately pulled it off, distracting the opponent to the point he nearly forgot he had his own moves to pull.

Once Eragon snapped back to reality, he did his far simpler errand of rolling about on the ground while expelling a substance over his egg, greatly reducing the drag between him and the ground.

After trying out his newfound speed for a while, the Dragomelet proceeded to awaken a hidden force within him, unleashing it as a volley of orange colored orbs... That bounced off effortlessly from a pale green shield that appeared around its target.

Magikarp's Pokémon had been trying to use another move along with that, but, without being told clearly how to connect the two moves, he had to settle for firing the other one right afterward. Some data that flowed below him started glowing, gathering a strange, shiny ball in front of him. At his command, the sphere exploded into a white blast that struck right where it was aimed, with nothing but the fiberglass shards in the way.

Speaking of fiberglass shards, next thing, they were suddenly plown into forming a wider, less solid circle. Before Eragon could understand what was happening in there, he was struck by one pink orb. Other four orbs could be seen shooting off toward nowhere.

Additional notes:
- I don't see any way a Hidden Power + Secret Power combo would work out, so, Eragon used these two attacks separatedly instead.
- Eragon's Hidden Power rolled Fighting, Spear's Hidden Power rolled Psychic.
- Darksong attacks first next round.

Simple idea. Roar, and then Iron Defense/Iron Head combo, which would basically be hardening yourself and then charging.

Roar ~ Iron Defense + Iron Head

Ah, didn't see the other command.
OK Eragon, If she is still attracted to you, use rollout so the rapid spinning will make sure you don't here the roar(or at least distort it) and deal some damage and then when you stop use thunder fang and if u cant use thunder fang cuz ur spinning so fast, keep osing rollout. but if at any time she stops being attracted by your cuteness, use outrage.

Before the signal to reinitiate battling, an unexpected guest passed by the data lane wherein the duel was taking place. A suspicious presence, covered in dark clothing; their face, concealed from sight. One of the so-called "anon".

The eerie fellow took a breath, then spat a tongue of flames upon Eragon, producing a drone consisting in multiple fast-fire insults, from simple, short, stock phrases like "u suck" to elaborate, well-crafted offense. Fortunately, fire wasn't the most effective way to harm a Dragomelet, as even beyond their rocky armors they have a connection to the Dragon-type, which gives them wide-ranged elemental resistance.

As the flamer ran away, the signal was given and the battle resumed.

Spear opened the round with a loud, horrible howl. The sheer vollume of the sound even made the anonymous man flee the scene faster; obviously, the intended target would not go unaffected. Eragon withdrew into his shell, but rather than commence rolling, he simply lay still inside it, trembling.

Taking pity on the scared baby dragon, the Aron thought to coming closer and trying to console him, but she was stopped upon noticing that, plown wider or not, the Stealth Rock was still there. However, there was one thing she could do -- that is, not carrying out the command to strike him. And that was what she did.

Not striking can lead to being struck, and that is what happened when, as soon as he managed to pull himself together, Magikarp's Pokémon started rolling on the fiberglass route, quickly plowing through the Stealth Rock and hitting his target behind it -- who actually seemed unaffected by the attack.

Still intent on leaving a mark, Eragon settled down and gathered electricity from the cybernetic air around his teeth. In a very sudden movement, he charged with his snout, viciously biting one of his floating opponent's paws. He still barely got a reaction, but he did manage to make it clear that he wasn't clowning around, which made him seem less endearing for the enemy.

Additional notes:
- A flamer struck Eragon this round.
- As I mentioned eariler, Aron are faster than Dragomelet by a mite; also ASB doesn't give Roar a negative priority. Therefore, Roar worked normally.
- Spear was too attracted to whip out the combo on the second action.
- Rollout on the second action required Eragon to pass through the Stealth Rock, causing damage (though the fact that it was spread out reduced its impact).
- Magikarp attacks first next round.

And, though I had trouble getting here in time for it, the DQ.

Darksong gets eight bucks, I get five, and both Pokémon in the battle (Eragon and Spear) each earn 1 point of experience.
