Personality: Meta likes to break things. Backs, bricks, necks, records, you name it, he breaks it. He doesn't care much for politics.
Appearance: Because Meta hasn't yet reached the stage where he needs near constant rest, the moss has not formed.
Bio: Meta, like most Regigigas, was born in a temple of pillars of ice, steel and rock. Being relativly young (For a Regigigas) he has not yet reached the "Rest stage" a stage in Regigigas' life after a Regigigas uses the full extent of their full power. After the Rest stage, Regigigas have to rest some time before being able to use all of their power, but as stated, Meta hasn't reached that stage. He moved to the Capitol aged 13.

Personality: While not old for a Flygon, Penia is quite wise and experienced. She's also highly political, and has tried to keep the peace between Fortress 4 and the capitol as long as she could... this has no longer been possible.
Appearance: The biggest difference about her appearance is, well, she's big, and this is directly related to her age. Flygons grow larger as they grow older, nearly indefinitely, like a snake and like most dragons. Penia is about 30 feet long from snout to tailtip, and about 15 feet tall, so she towers over most non-legendaries.
Bio: Penia is one in a long line of Shadiya Flygons, immigrated from Hoenn during a period of Flygon territorial expansion. She, however, like her ancestors several generations before her, were completely born and raised in Sinnoh, and under the fortress system. She still knows stories, passed down through her family, about what the world was like before the legendaries took control. Some would say her stories helped to spur desire for a rebellion. As one of the oldest living members of Fortress 4, Penia takes it upon herself to provide a kind of matriarchal role in its organization and leadership

Personality: Aarend tries to play it like one of the 'cool' guys, when in reality, he is the meaning of the word 'douchebag'. He has an addiction to a certain type of berry that results in him being in a state not unlike being high, and is very open about it, frequently asking others if they want to try it. He loves music, usually humming a tune to himself or singing the lyrics of one of his favorite songs out loud.
Appearance: The inside of his wings are orange, and his horns are very long.
Bio: Born into Fortress 4, he lived with his father as a Charmander. His mother passed away at a young age, due to an overdose of the same berry he loves today. His father, was somewhat abusive, sometimes burning or scratching at his son, but showed love for him none-the-less. After his father passed on during a battle with the Capitol, Aarend promised to join in the fight in his father's memory - though he claims he only does it because everyone else did.
Relationships: He teases Penia, though honestly thinks of her as a friend - his only true one. He has known her since the day before he evolved into a Charmeleon (if okay with Kali).
Other: Based on a kid at our school who I hate with the burning passion of a thousand suns. But he makes for a good character.
