Without anyone knowing how, the referee disappeared at the end of the previous round. The new referie, a newbie, teleported in with his ralts. "Hello, you two," he said, addressing the trainers. "I'll be the e-ref you requested." With a wave of two flags, the round commenced.
Round Twelve
The magnemite was sound asleep, but for some reason, it was able to hear its trainer. He relaxed his muscles(?) and forgot all his cares. Regaining a bit of energy, he simply floated in the air, hovering while sleeping.
Cube started charging up; changing the weather was no easy task. He started glowing - a blue hue not too different from his skin color. After a few moments, the aura converged into a sphere in the spheal's mouth. Aiming upwards, Cube sent the icy energy into the clouds. After a few seconds, icy rocks started falling from the sky. The chunks were around the size of a grape and fell with a high velocity. Hailstones fell on both pokemon, and while the hailstones made a faint clanging noise upon impact with magnemite, they fused with the icy layer surrounding Cube's body when they hit him.
The magnemite wasn't disturbed by the icy rocks that were hitting him. It had the full intention of resting for that turn, and rest it did. Although the hailstoneds made him float up and down, they din't bother him one bit.
Cube jumped up in the air and did a sort of belly flop. The shock waves from his belly flop caused huge rocks to rise up from the ground. The rocks were thrown upwards and hit the sleeping magnemite as they fell back to earth. Things, however, did not work as Patar had planned. Due to the magnemite's use of magnet rise, it was floating higher than usual. The rocks that were thrown up were not big enough to form a prison around magnemite. They, however, fell into a neat pile below magnemite.
Magnemite simply rested for another action. The rocks were starting to wake him, but didn't bother him enough for him to fully wake.
Cube sighed at the prospect of another earthquake that would undoubtedly fail. He slammed its tail repeatedly and caused the ground to shake. The earthquake didn't do much. The pile of rocks under magnemite was just shaken up a bit, and the ground opened up behind Cube. If Cube stood on top of it, he wouldn't fall. All the opening would do is nullify any possible quakes on the one side of the chasm if Cube performed an earthquake on the other.

Final Notes:
~The hail will last until round 13.
~There is a pile of rocks underneath magnemite.
~ A tiny chasm opened behind Spheal due to the earthquake.
~There is a radius of rocks near where Spheal is, leftover from the fire brigade’s work.
~There is a ghostly boulder near where Spheal is.
~Because rock tomb threw rocks in the air, similar to the rocks hitting magnemite due to hail, magnemite wasn't shaken up enough to wake up.
~Patar sends out commands, Thunder sends out commands, I try to make sense of both commands
