Arena Description: The Second Anomaly
The Second Anomaly is, as its name suggests, an Anomaly. Arceus only knows how the battlers got there or how they'll get out, but such is the way of the universe. Also unknown is how anyone can see, being as there are no visible light sources, but it is as bright as a typical midsummers midday. It is, at least to begin with, an infinitely large plain white platform floating in nothing. As the battle goes on, however, that platform changes to whatever is required by the battle - if, for example, there is a fish Pokémon on the field, there will be a large pond to swim in. There will be air for everyone can breathe. If Sandstorm is used, sand appears. And so forth. The gravity there is only half of Earth's, so each Pokémon is only half as heavy for things like Grass Knot. This also removes any energy cost that Flyers or Hoverers would need to fly or hover, be they Inherently or Consentually.

The most important effect of this Anomaly is that at the end of each round, both Pokémon in battle will randomly 'evolve' into any other Pokémon. This can be any Pokémon in existence, including Legendaries. This means they gain the new species' ability, moveset, types, everything. Also, the Pokémon are dazed and confused after this 'evolution', so as soon as the first round is complete and the first 'evolution' has taken place, the Pokémon can't listen to any commands and their moves are selected randomly, similar to Sleep Talk.

Another of the major effects of the Second Anomaly is that at the end of every round, at the same time as the 'evolutions', both battlers' energy is restored to 100%. Not infinite energy, note, so if a Pokémon uses incredibly energy-intensive moves, it could, at least in theory, faint from energy loss. As though to compensate for this, and healing moves will automatically fail or, if indirect like Giga Drain, will only cause damage.

The last effect of note is that at the beginning of every third round, a random object will appear. Any object, from sardines to submarines, and they can appear in any manner the ref wants. What they do is also entirely up to the ref. They vanish at the end of the round, again in a manner of the ref's choosing.

Round 6

If the trainers and the referee were paying attention, they would've noticed that there was, for some inexplicable reason, a giant school bus sitting on the arena. For the same inexplicable reason, the school bus was also neon pink. Alas, the trainers were too busy killing each other (Barubu had a frighteningly large bag of what looked like squirrels) and the referee was too busy being ON FIRE D: D: D: to notice.

Ní Wá Wa stared at the large, neon-pink school bus sitting right beside his pool, which had for some inexplicable reason grew in size to accommodate his new, tentacled, form. His musings were cut short when the school bus suddenly toppled over and smashed into him, bouncing off his soft jelly-like body, landing on the other side of the pool, rolled over twice, and stood back up. If the school bus has expressions, one could say that it looked slightly amused. A rather confused China stood where the school bus was, staring at his many hands. It seemed like he had used a little too much Strength to push the bus out of the way. At least the bus dealt damage... A little whatsit fell from the bus and rolled to a stop next to China's feet. The Ambipom picked the whatsit up and tossed it to his trainer, who managed to catch it despite being overwhelmed with squirrels. That should sell for some money.

Throbbing from getting hit on the head by, of all things, a neon pink bus, Ní Wá Wa decided to retaliate. Calling up energy from within (he seemed to still have plenty of it despite being sore all over), the Tentacruel charged at the purple monkey, and, for some reason he could not fathom, half the pool came with him. Unable to control the large Surf properly, Ní Wá Wa crashed bodily into China, effectively crushing the poor monkey underneath a mass of tentacles. The water part of the Surf continued moving, however, and spilled over the side of the arena, getting the trainers slightly moist but still not putting out the referee's fire.

China thrashed about and finally, after Headbutting the Tentacruel multiple times, managed to pull himself out from the jellyfish. He was pretty sure the tentacles had some sort of poison in them, or the jellyfish was just really fat, because he felt like he was about to die from pain at this point. Yet, for some obscure reason, probably the same one for the existence of the neon-pink school bus, he didn't feel tired at all.

Ní Wá Wa, hurting from the Headbutt but still way better than China was feeling, briefly wondered what the Ambipom must be feeling, being crushed under all those tentacles. For some inexplicable reason, a small burst of psychic power radiated out from the gem on his forehead, and, all of the sudden, Ní Wá Wa knew exactly what his opponent was thinking. Which, for some reason, was to pick up a whatsit that has fallen from the bus and toss it to his trainer, who'll probably sell it later for some cash.

Tentacles flailing as he tossed the whatsit, Ní Wá Wa accidentally crushed China's head underneath the mass of wriggly things. The Ambipom struggled to escape, his tails (the only free part of his body) wagging rapidly. Ní Wá Wa stared at the wagging tail, temporarily distracted, and China yanked himself out again.

But not for long, because, Ní Wá Wa, still distracted, subconsciously reached out with his tentacles and grabbed China, who gave out a squeak of surprise. The squeak quickly became a scream when Ní Wá Wa tightened his hold -- China felt like his life was being wrung out of him, although it's not like he had much left.

Faced with a bag full of really, really, really scary squirrels, the referee did the only thing that was logical at this point. "Round 6 end!"

The school bus, rather displeased that it had to leave already, turned on its engine and promptly ran over the referee, before running over the platform and disappearing with a "poof". At least the referee's spreading pool of blood put out.. no, no it didn't. The referee, now roadkill, was still on fire. It had also turned into a bird, for some reason. For the same reason, the battlers have also changed species, and the ginormous, bottomless pool had disappeared as suddenly as it came.

Notes:
- Since both pokemon had the ability Pickup, you both get an extra $1 by the end of this. I would suggest you toss that into the donation box for the RNGgods.
- China used Strength on the bus, which hit Ní Wá Wa. Conservation of momentum says that the attack hurt just as much.
- Surf was a critical hit
- Ní Wá Wa is now a Ralts
- China is now a Swablu

Arena Notes:
- The pool disappeared, now that nobody needed water anymore.
- A large neon-pink school bus appeared at the beginning of the battle. It didn't do anything much though.
- If you don't count running over the referee as much.

Other Notes:
- Please roll a Legendary soon, RNG! We're getting bored here...
- I still write too much.
- Barubu sends minions after SB
- SB undergoes TRANSFORMATION SCENE
- Crazy Spearow is roadkill. ON FIRE.

EDIT: Wait, a neon pink school bus? Does that sound familiar to anyone else?

Round 7

China found that he had, once again, gained wings. Better yet, Ní Wá Wa had lost all his tentacles and became some sort of small humanoid thing. The Swablu flapped his fluffy cloud wings happily, being finally free from the constricting tentacles. His body was still sore, but at least he wasn't being crushed anymore. His new form looked rather harmless -- these soft white wings looked perfectly comfortable to sleep in, China thought as he flapped his wings again.

So imagine his surprise when those soft cotton wings whipped up a huge Twister that whirled around him, obscuring his sight in a swirl of draconic energy. China swore, and the Twister flung itself at his opponent, throwing the Ralts cleanly up in the air. China watched as the miniature tornado buffeted his opponent, who could do nothing against the strong winds.

Yes, he should swear more, China decided.

Ní Wá Wa landed on the ground with an oomph and realized, after a little bit of disorientation that the Twister wasn't that bad. In fact, it was positively weak. The Ralts voiced his thoughts out loud, earning a flinch from China. This is kind of fun... Ní Wá Wa started a barrage of insults, smirking as China's face turned blue -- oh wait, it's already blue. Red then. Ní Wá Wa started a barrage of insults, smirking as China's face turned red. The Swablu was absolutely seething with anger by the time Ní Wá Wa was finished, and could do nothing but glare at the Ralts for the next minute or so.

The look on the bird's face was hilarious. Ní Wá Wa let out a giggle (he's a miniature green human thing. He's allowed to giggle.) at his success at manipulating his opponent. Plus, some of the insults were pretty creative, if he could say so himself (he especially liked the bit about how China's momma is so fat, people thought she was so fat. The referee would note that the insult was not creative at all, but it was too busy hiding from really scary squirrels to do say anything). China gnashed his metaphorical teeth as the Ralts strutted about as if he wast the most awesome.

Finally, the Swablu couldn't take it anymore. With a bloodthirsty cry, China launched himself at Ní Wá Wa and attempted to tear the Ralts apart. Suddenly, his cute little blue beak and tiny little claws turned downright terrifying as they dug into Ní Wá Wa's body, leaving deep gashes of red. Eyes red with pure hatred, China let out a stream of curse words (kids, don't use China as your role model!) and hacked and slashed away at Ní Wá Wa, letting out all his Frustration.

Ní Wá Wa was in a world of pain. Bloodied, bruised, and very much on the verge of dying, he finally lost his Facade. That bird's going to get revenge. Channeling all the pain he's been put through, the Ralts punched the Swablu in the face, then proceeded to attempt to pull out his feathers, causing China to screech in pain and try to peck out his eyeball.

The bloody brawl lasted until the two pokemon finally got tired of trying to kill each other and backed off, still glaring.

The referee pried a squirrel off its face and waved a referee flag. "Round end, everyone, now please stop killing each other."

The squirrel promptly caught on fire.

The referee's scream and the trainer's brawl in the background drowned the soft "poof" sound as the pokemon once again changed to another species.

Round 8

With squirrels and rainbow beams flying in the background, Ní Wá Wa, who had turned into a bird, glared at his opponent with his beady little eyes, still feeling very angry from before. While a Staravia on its own isn't really that scary, China's veil of confusion distorted the view and made the little black bird look absolutely menacing, making China think twice before attacking that bird. Then again, that stupid bunch of feathers is still retarded and called him mom fat, so...

Said bird in question, suddenly disappeared in a blur of white light (he looked throughly confused when he did that) and smacked into China. China could've swore (actually, he was swearing right now (that was bad, sorry)) that the Staravia was trailing speed lines behind him. Speed lines. What the hell. The bird called his mom fat and was trailing speed lines. You're not supposed to have speed lines in real life! What is wrong with that stupid, retarded, grrah!

While China was fuming, Ní Wá Wa tripped (he wasn't used to moving that fast. Or having legs, for that matter) on a pool of mud that was definitely not there a second ago. Ní Wá Wa caught himself and managed not to fall and dirty his feathers, but the damage was done -- a splash of mud flew up behind him and smacked China in the face. China slowly turned around to face Ní Wá Wa, murder written clearly on the Roselia's face. Ní Wá Wa gulped.

With a string of curse words, China, eyes bloodshot from the mud, launched himself at Ní Wá Wa. Letting out a surprised squawk, Ní Wá Wa was crushed underneath the angry rose pokemon. The overall pain -- from the Frustration earlier and the Body Slam just now -- was too much, and Ní Wá Wa ceased his useless struggling a little while later, instead letting himself fall to the blissful darkness (actually, he probably fainted due to a concussion. Let's just say that Ní Wá Wa won't be very pleased tomorrow morning. Neither would China, once the lawyers got to him.)

The referee dodged between the flying squirrels and snatched up Ní Wá Wa's pokeball, returning the fainted pokemon in a beam of red light. With a poof, the victorious China devolved into a little green plant thing. The Budew didn't seem to notice, however, and continued his victory dance.

Round 9

China stared in anticipation at Squornshellous Beta, waiting for his next opponent to come out. His head spun and his body was covered with cuts and bruises, but he wasn't about to go down without a fight. Holding his leaf-things like sharp blades, China readied himself for whatever that's going to materialize.

A dragonfly was the first to appear, this being a multiple-of-three round and all, and the little insect buzzed around the arena in a random pattern, making China's head hurt even more just by looking at it.

In a burst of white light, a knee-high camel with creamy yellow fur appeared on the battlefield, looking absolutely bored. It opened its mouth and yawned, then blinked very slowly. At the same time, China screamed a battle-cry (a swear word) and charged forward, intending to go out with a bang. The tiny Budew rushed at the camel more than twice as large as it was, leaves swirling around his body, ready to sacrifice the last of his health for the next of Boss Barubu's minions --

-- and then he tripped over his own foot and fell flat on his face. You'd think there's nothing to trip on, with this platform being so plain, but the RNG gods decided that China wasn't going to attack this action and so be it. Bactrian eyed the zooming dragonfly with the slightest hint of annoyance on her face and opened her mouth. The tiny Budew lying face down on the ground was soon consumed by a large stream of red-hot flames. China didn't even bother getting up after this.

Boss Barubu barely look up to return China before returning to the trainer royal.
