With Eric safely back in his pokéball, Barubu sends out China the Bronzor to continue the fight. The strange, mirror-like Pokémon utters a high-pitched, metallic cry as it materializes on the jello, and floats leisurely in the air.
If its curious about the strange choice of battlefield or the blinding colours, it doesn't show it in its blank, yellow eyes. Although it does spare a glance at the very familar trainer standing opposite. Giving itself a small shake, it then turns to face its opponent, bobbing up and down slightly. Gemini returns its gaze, trying to match its cool demeanor.

Round six
The gems on Gemini’s arms begin to glow brightly as he focuses, and a wall of pure light slowly shimmers into existence. The light screen fades in and out like a mirage before Gemini carefully stabilizes his creation, and the screen becomes a solid, translucent wall.
Looking pleased, Gemini floats back a little to observe his work, while the gems on his arms continue glowing as he maintains the barrier. He then turns his full attention to his opponent, and is somewhat alarmed to see it has apparently gone AWOL.
Gemini is on full alert as he scans the whole arena, trying to figure out where the mirror thingy has gotten to. It isn’t very fast, so it couldn’t have gotten far… There’s an awful lot of distractions about though; the rapid colour changing of the jello is giving him a bit of a headache, and he still needs to keep an eye on his shield. As such, he’s caught completely off guard when China abruptly makes its appearance from behind, bashing into the startled Elgyem while shrouded in dark energy.
Gemini winces as the darkness bites into his skin, and he quickly floats away from the expressionless Bronzor while shaking his fist. More underhanded tactics! He expected better from a fellow psychic. Well, he’s not going to let this one stand either. Narrowing his eyes, Gemini holds his arms forward, and the markings on his head glow a deep, earthy green. A glistening orb of grass energy appears in front of him, slowly rotating in the air as it grows in brightness and size. The Elygem makes a throwing motion, and the orb hurtles towards the psychic floating opposite him, bursting into a spray of grassy energy as it connects.
China emits a small series of screechy, metallic sounds, then gives itself a brief shake and goes back to calmly floating. Gemini is a little disappointed at the lack of reaction his attack inspired, but he doesn’t have time to dwell on it; the strange mirror Pokémon seems to have disappeared again. Gemini blinks rapidly, then looks around in frustration. He managed to catch it in the act of disappearing this time, but it doesn’t help him much, he just saw it melt into a haze of shadows. As he tries to stay on the alert, China reappears behind him in a shroud of shadowy energy. Before the unwitting Elgyem can turn around, China collides into him again with gusto, knocking him off-balance. The shadowy remnants of its attack cause more grief for Gemini, and he struggles to get some distance between him and his opponent.
Trying to keep himself calm, Gemini focuses on drawing upon his hidden power and hoping he gets something decent. He closes his eyes and concentrates, and an eerie, greenish-blue aura surrounds his body. Soon enough, small orbs of a similar colour to the aura shimmer into life around him, rapidly rotating and blinking in and out. When Gemini opens his eyes again, he swings his arms out and sends the glowing orbs streaming towards China in a widespread arc.
The Bronzor emits more metallic sounds, presumably of pain, as the orbs collide with it in a burst of light. However, Gemini is again disappointed as China seems equally as unfazed by his attack. It simply gives itself a brief shake and disappears for the third time into a mass of shadows.
Like last time, Gemini tries his best to stay alert and keep an eye out for it, but is left feeling even more frustrated as it somehow manages to sneak up behind him
again. He's sent falling through the air, frantically batting away the excess dark energy burning into his skin, and sending a few choice words in China's direction. The Bronzor doesn't give any indication that it hears him however, nor does it give any indication that its happy about how things are going or not.
While both battlers take a small breather, the rapid colour changing of the jello begins to draw a halt. After a few more flickers of colour, it settles on blueberry, and loses its floating properties in the process. Gemini flails in the air for a moment before he's sent falling back onto the springy ground. China remains airborne however, still looking on with her incomprehensible gaze.
