This is the first time I have done something like this, so I am sorry if it is stupid.

Ability: Shed skin
Signature attribute: Distracted by the shiny

William has always loved shiny things, even when he was in his egg. He has learned to hold onto and collect these shiny items, but is also easily distracted by anything that is shiny, and will also get angry at Pokemon who were able to get shiny items before he could.

William has pickup along with his other ability. However, moves that involve shining light in some way (flash, swift, mirror coat, mirror shot, ect) may cause him to flinch 20% of the time, as he is in awe of the shininess. If another pokemon with pickup is on the field, his attack will rise by one level (this will count as a normal stat boost and can be reduced to 0 again) at the cost of the opponent having a 1+ boost in evasion (this will also count as a normal stat boost and can be reduced to 0 again) due to William's anger distracting him.

Ventus is a ruthless, ruthless bird. She’s developed an obsession for battling – the excitement, the adrenaline! – and she’ll do anything to win. She’ll even sacrifice her future children for the sake of victory, and I mean it literally – if deemed necessary, she will lay an egg on command and watch as it explodes on her opponent’s head.

... okay, so maybe not future children. More like would-be children who were somehow converted into bombs. Poor Taillow chicks, and cruel, cruel Ventus.

How did a Swellow figure out how to make eggs explode, anyway? Years ago, when Ventus was still a wild Taillow, she used to travel the world, leaving her homeland of Hoenn to see the lands of Johto and Kanto. In Kanto she came across the Safari Zone, where she witnessed Chansey and Exeggutor toss eggs around. Normally it wouldn’t interest her much, but some of the eggs exploded in a great burst of energy and flying eggshell. Ever the obsessive battler, Ventus saw the destructive potential of the exploding egg. Captivated, she swooped down and demanded to know how it was done.

The Chansey and Exeggutor explained that what they were throwing merely looked like eggs. Indeed, they were eggs no longer as the contents had been converted into pure energy. The eggshells were also fairly thin compared to normal eggs. Upon being struck, the shell cracked, and the unstable energy within jumped at the opportunity to be free. In effect, the energy leapt out of the crack, forcing it wider and causing other cracks to spider along the surface. Propelled by the eager power, shards of eggshell would fly off in every direction at high speeds. All this happened in an instant; the opponent would be struck by a shower of sharp eggshell and buffeted by the energy inside the egg.

Ventus thanked the Chansey and Exeggutor and flew off. Secretly, she was fairly unimpressed by the force of the Egg Bombs and Barrages shown to her. However, she had already decided to spurn the life-giving qualities of eggs in favour of their destructive power. She just had to find a way to make the attack stronger.

The answer was simple: just store as much energy in the egg as possible. If necessary, many Egg Bombs or Barrages could be launched in a single battle; they traded power for availability. Ventus decided to hold one large egg in her body instead of many small ones. A larger egg meant more space for energy to be stored, and thus more power behind the attack. To Ventus’s delight, the added power had an unexpected but very welcome effect: the egg shards now flew everywhere with such force that nearby Pokemon would suffer damage, as well. Unfortunately, not everything was sunshine and rainbows; a larger egg meant more effort was needed to squeeze it out. In fact, so much effort was needed that when the egg came out at last, she was rocketed up and away.

Type: Flying | Stat: Physical | Base damage: 12%, a flat 3% to anyone within 2m | Energy: 8% | Accuracy: 100% | Target: 1 target, damages anyone within 2m | Duration: 1 action

Effects: Ventus flies directly over her target and squeezes a fairly large egg out of herself. The egg explodes on the target, damaging them, while eggshells fly every which way, dealing a flat 3% damage to anyone within two meters of the initial explosion. Upon ejecting the egg, Ventus is immediately thrown up and forward, though she can still somewhat control the direction of her flight with her wings. Also, as she expends a lot of effort forcing the egg out, Ventus takes 3% recoil damage. Finally, Ventus only stores one of these explosive eggs in her body, so she can only use this attack one per battle.

Usage gap: Once per battle

Well, kinda creepy but seemingly well-balanced. Approved unless stated otherwise.

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, the great dragon Avalarix ruled the known world with an iron claw. None could slay him, and none dared try, which kind of makes you wonder how they knew they couldn't slay him to begin with, but anyway. It was prophesied that the Third-born Son of the Sun would one day arrive to become the One Protector of the world, which everyone assumed meant he would slay Avalarix. Of course, they were wrong, as he and the other dragons were eventually wiped out by unicorns or something. And so, no longer relevant to people in developed countries (jerks), the prophecy fell into forgottenness...

Fast forward a few aeons. It is the year 20XX. Suddenly and without warning, strange rocks begin to rain down upon the planet Earth, some vaguely cheese-like, others covered with cruelly sharp yellow spikes, crushing unsuspecting humans and their buildings and uninsured cars beneath them where they fall.

Yes, two new Pokémon species have arrived.

Lunatone... and Solrock.

These mysterious creatures, born of the heavens, dumb as rocks, have long fascinated Pokémon professors and Mr. Pokémon - you know, that guy with the eggs? He really likes rock-shaped things, it seems. Anyway...

What no one knew was that one of these Solrocks was the third to reach the Earth. Well, technically speaking, most people knew, since there were definitely at least three of them, but no one knew which one was the third to reach the Earth. Nor did they care, because the Prophecy of the Third-born Son of the Sun had passed into the forgottennesses of all...

... all but my tribe. We still remember the teachings of the Wise Woman.

Here are the words of the great Oracle Amygdala as they were passed down to me by my ancestors:

"[...] and on the day that the angels of Hell sing of death and despair,
and Man, awestruck, sees them raise their axes to the skies,
and Man weeps not but praises his executioners;
then shall the Third-born Son reveal himself to the world,
and then shall the Great Flame come over him,
and he shall be the One Protector of the world,
until the end of times.


Fast forward a couple of months. Lunatones and Solrocks have successfully integrated themselves into society, although many humans still harbour a lingering resentment over the car-impaling thing. Enoch, an ordinary Solrock teenager still unsure of his gender identity but referring to himself as male (he later finds out he's genderless, but that's another story), is attending the Rock-Concert-For-Actual-Rocks Rock Concert. The crowd goes wild as Medullica, coincidentally his favourite band, enters the stage.

But just as they begin to play their one-hit-wonder song "Death and Taxes and Despair and More Taxes (Take This Life)", something goes... horribly wrong.

Suddenly and without warning, a crazed fan - or possibly a guy who just went nuts from the lyrics - jumps onto the stage, eager to either receive Lars Mögëlheäd's autograph or stab him violently to death. Security is upon him within seconds, but as they drag the flailing man away, he kicks over an already ridiculously unsafe pyrotechnic device. At that exact moment, the band bursts into the song's chorus:

"I've become so numb
What have I done?
I'll face myself, crawling in my skin
These wounds, they will not heal..."


... and as the fireworks array showers the audience with sparks and werfs flammen into the air, that single knocked-over device spews a stream of white-hot fire straight into Enoch's face.

An ordinary Solrock would have been killed immediately, or at least mildly injured. But not Enoch.

For little did anyone know that Enoch was, in fact, the third Solrock ever to reach the Earth.

He had at last fulfilled the prophecy.

Effects: Enoch, now better known as his superhero alter ego Third Rock From the Sun, is on fire. Always. That's his superpower. It's a gift and a curse. Being on fire all the time causes him to have the same traits as a Fire-type (weaknesses, resistances, STAB, susceptibility to drowning - well, most people have that, don't they?), while melting away his Rock-type characteristics. It also gives him some fancy new powers and alters his existing ones...

Explosion: When Enoch uses Explosion, he now causes a Pyrotechnic Supernova, which doesn't really do anything special but looks a lot prettier than an average explosion.

Burn: Enoch is on fire. And he always will be. He's had time to get used to it though, so he only takes 2% Burn damage per round from it, and suffers no penalties to damage dealt. He is more difficult to freeze solid, and anyone who touches him takes a small amount of Fire damage (on par with that of Rough Skin), unless they like sticking their hands in fire, in which case they just enjoy it. He has -25 to Stealth, but +2 to Charisma, unless you're within five feet of him, in which case he has -2 Charisma. Wait, what game is this again?

Harden: Enoch is on fire. Because he's nearly melting, Enoch can't Harden. (Some jokes are too cheap even for me.) He can Rock Polish, but the effect wears off much faster than usual, lasting only a few actions. Poor guy's always going to look kind of... goopy.

Helping Hand: Enoch is on fire. As a result, any time he tries to "help" his allies, he gives them a mild burn and royally screws up whatever they were doing, interrupting that action. The worst part is that he doesn't learn from his mistakes. I'd be okay with it if he only set you on fire like every once in a while by accident, since he means well, but he does it all the time. Do you have any idea how many times I've had to buy new course books just because he keeps trying to help me every time I get stuck on some black body radiation problem or other?

Secret Power: Enoch can't use Secret Power, because his power isn't secret, it's really obvious. (Hint: his power is that he's on fire.)

Rollout: Enoch really likes rock, especially Medullica. He doesn't just Rollout - he Rock'n'Rollouts, which doesn't actually make any difference in terms of damage or anything, but it's a matter of principle. A lot of people don't take this move seriously, but you know what Led Zep say about being a rock and not rolling. (Actually, I never figured out what that line meant, but the guitar solo is awesome.)

Bulbasaur
[Naios Aettida] Ability: Overgrow
Signature Attribute: Open Bulb

A long time ago, Naios Aettida was born. In her village, she was somewhat of an outcast. All the other Bulbasaur had marks on them. Small dark spots, covering their bodies in random patterns. But, even as she grew, Naios had none. Even the elders were stunned at this anomaly. They saw it as a bad omen, a sign of evil. Naios was banished from his village. Naios was terrified; to be made a wild Bulbasaur, to be caught and used in battle, was the greatest dishonor. For years, Naios hid in the shadows. For years, she constantly checked herself for marks, praying to regain her honor. Until, sadly, Team Rocket invaded the Forest. They chased Naios. She ran as fast as she could; she swang on her vines, even launched counterattacks. The chase didn't last long. Naios was captured, transported, and held in a remote facility. She was put underground, as a miner. She spent what felt like hundreds of years down there. Every day, always the same. It was always dark. Naios had almost forgotten what the sun was like, when the rumbling started. She could hear shouting, then a Venosaur. Had the elders come to- before she could finish the thought, the entrance to the underground opened. A trainer sporting a hat was in the entrance, a venosaur by his side. He threw out one of the capturing mechanisms and a Charizard appeared. This trainer must be very skilled to show so much control over such massive creatures. The trainer easily wiped out all the surrounding grunts. And, before the boy could say anything, Naios fled. She ran as fast as she could. She pulled herself up by vine through the elevator shaft, and burst into the open. The dazzling sun blinded Naios, but she shut her eyes and kept going. She kept going straight into a trainer. All Naios saw was the trainer's legs falling out from under him, and the most handsome creature Naios had ever known catching the boy. Naios awoke in a strange room. A human wearing all white was next to her, along with one of the Healers that the elders had always spoken about. Something felt different to Naios. Not only could she feel more weight on either side of her, but her vision was very blurry. She was taken into a room filled with trainers, all of their pokémon suffering from some sort of ailment. And there, looking straight at her, was the Chikorita from before. Before she could be stopped, Naios jumped from the nurse's arms, and landed in front of the strapping pokémon. The Chikorita explained to Naios that, right before she fainted, Naios's bulb had opened. Naios was astonished. She ran towards the odd reflecty-thingy on the wall. Sure enough, there was a leafy flower where her bulb had been. But, Naios was shocked to find a small discoloration. A mark! A small, dark heart right in the middle of the flower.

Effects: Naios, now equipped with the vision of the average child unaware of their need for glasses, has suffered from a 5% accuracy loss. She is also unnafected by moves like Attract, causing infatuation, seeing as how she's in love with Punno Kepai. Any light-based moves, like Solar Beam, now cost 2% less energy to perform. Sadly, due to having the tender inside of her flower showing, Naios is dealt 2% extra damage from fire-type moves.

Gwen (Female Omanyte) <Shell Armor>
Signature Attribute: Surprise Revival
Omanyte are not a recent find in the pokemon world; they have been around for at least a decade, and well researched in that time. It's only recently, however, that scientists have discovered different factions among the species.

The most common sort of omanyte - that which is known to all, the type which lived in caves and has been restored to life quite often - was thought to be the only way the omanyte had lived. But in fact, a different set of fossils was recently discovered living in now-dry riverbeds. These bones even look different to the more common cave-omanyte; they are sleeker, slimmer, the shell more pointy towards the tip.

From this years of assumptions about the species have been broken. It is now thought that there were two types of omanyte; those that lived in caves, and those that lived in riverbeds.

Once revived, the riverbed omanyte proved to be even more different: it lacked a finesse with rocks that its cave-dwelling brethren had, whereas it was more at ease in the muddy waters it was used to living in.

Effects: Gwen is effectively a water/ground type rather than a water/rock type. She has a permanent -1 defense and +1 speed, maxing out +5/-7 for defense or +7/-5 for speed. She also gains and loses the following moves:

- Ancientpower, Rock Blast, Rock Tomb
+ Mud Sport, Mud Bomb, Sand Tomb

The story could use some fleshing out, but it gets the point home I guess. You'll need to change the evasion boost since the evasion stat doesn't exist in ASB.

This is a bit painful to read without paragraphs. The story is pretty disjointed overall, and a lot of it feels pretty unnecessary. To be honest, I think you should cut it down a bit and try to focus more on the explanation behind her bulb. (The whole parts about getting kidnapped and escaping just feel like padding) This reads more like an excerpt from a fanfic.

Gleeb (Male Castform) <Forecast>
Signature Attribute: Windy Form

Most Castform found in the wild find their family tree's roots in Hoenn's official weather institute, where the first Castform was built to help study the weather. Unbeknownst to many citizens, in Hoenn, there exists a different institute dedicated to studying weather.

The few people belonging to this institute harbor a deep resentment toward the "official" weather institute.

"Why should they be the official institute? Yes, they do manage to predict the weather accurately, and they did manage to create Castform, but that doesn't make them superior to us."

To prove that point, the members of the unofficial weather facility decided to create a better pokemon that would help them study the weather. Not only would this pokemon be able to provide more information about the weather, it would also be a better battler than the ridiculous pokemon the official institute was able to create. Or so they thought. Years went by without the members of the unofficial weather facility managing to make any progress at all. One day, it dawned on them that they needn't create an entirely new pokemon. They'd just need to "borrow" the designs of the official weather institute. Infiltrating the official weather institute with the only competent meteorologist in their facility, they managed to get a copy of the data regarding Castform's creation. With this data in their hands, they were one step closer to their goal. All they needed to do was to somehow modify that data.They thought, "What if we make a new form for Castform?" They decided to create a wind form for Castform,and being extremely uncreative, they gave Castform wings and programmed for them to sprout when Castform entered its wind form.However, there was a reason these "meteorologists" weren't part of the official weather institute. This became apparent in the resulting pokemon. To the meteorologists' surprise, Gleeb doesn't experience emotions. Apparently, while making changes to the official blueprints, these meteorologists accidentally deleted the personality data. Hoenn authorities found out about this incident and released the poor pokemon into the wild.

Effects: Gleeb gains access to a windy form. He will transform into this form once Tailwind is in effect, whether or not Tailwind aids him or his opponent. In this form, he is considered to be a flying type pokemon. Also, while in this form, Gleeb is treated as both inherently hovering and consensually flying. He requires no energy to hover but can be commanded to fly higher at the cost of energy like a normal consensually flying pokemon. The only visual cue that differentiates Gleeb in his windy form from his normal form is his pair of tiny white wings. If a weather condition and Tailwind are both in effect, Gleeb will transform in accordance to whichever move was used last. For example, if Gleeb uses Rain Dance and his opponent uses Tailwind afterwards, he will be in his rainy form between his action and his opponent's but will transform into his windy form after his opponent's turn. When Tailwind is in effect, Gleeb's weather ball is considered to be flying type and has double the power. If a weather condition and Tailwind are both in effect, Weather Ball will gain its type based on the last move used.

Gleeb also learns the following moves: Acrobatics, Clear Smog, Defog, Razor Wind, Whirlwind, Hurricane, Fly, Featherdance, Wing Attack, Air Slash, Sky Attack, Scary Face
Gleeb isn't able to use the following moves: Captivate, Attract, Return, Frustration, Retaliate

[Scylla] Cloyster (M)
Ability:Shell Armor
Signature Attribute:Extraordinary Lineage


As is explained here, Scylla the Cloyster used to be, not a Cloyster, but the ancient six-headed beast, snacking on sailors that sailed down the narrow passage it called home. One sailor had a wife, however, well versed in magic, who transformed it into the Cloyster it is now. Despite being a Pokémon now, Scylla still keeps some of its extraordinary abilities, such as as its Six-Pronged Strike.

This is not Scylla's only distinguishing feature, however. It was the child of two powerful sea gods, Ceto and Phorcys, and as such, its association with water is not to be overlooked. Just being near water boosts Scylla's performance and washes away stat effects, both positive and negative, and the ordinary lifeless liquid will actually go out of its way to help the beast. However, water is linked very closely to this being's power-if it is not in it or at least touched by it, its performance suffers considerably. Such is the privileges and price of having such unusual parents.

Effects:Whilst in or surrounded by water, (it must be a considerably large body, at least as big as Scylla itself) all stat bonuses or deductions are removed and Scylla gains a +2 in Attack, Defense, Special Attack and Special Defense. If it is within a meter or so of water when attacked with a projectile attack, the water will leap on its own accord and try to protect it, shaving 2% damage off. However, if Scylla is not surrounded by or in a body of water as large as itself, it loses -1 in Attack and Special Attack.

Murkrow
[Jet] Murkrow (M)
Signature Attribute: Jokes and Laughs

Jet loves a good laugh (or, rather, caw, but it's all the same to him). Countless times he's been caught firing Confuse Rays into crowds, causing disarray and chaos, or freezing people and Pokémon in place with a well-timed Mean Look.

Of course, most Pokémon are somewhat annoyed by Jet's antics, and actively seek revenge on him. Trouble is, Murkrow aren't exactly the fastest Pokémon, and he's been punished enough times to make an impresssion.

Now, Jet wasn't about to stand by and take the abuse. Having heard about faraway flocks of Murkrow with a special trait for blinding speed, he got an idea. And so, he started his journey to become just like those legendary Murkrow, and picked up a few skills in the process. At least, that's how he sees it.

Effects: Through practice, Jet has gained the ability Prankster; however, as his skills aren't quite as refined yet, all attacks boosted by the ability always move last within their priority bracket. He also loses Super Luck.

He's also picked up a few new pranks and lost some fodder, as detailed:

+ Switcheroo, Hypnosis, Magic Coat, Telekinesis, Encore

I stayed up until 1 this morning perfecting (hopefully) this...

[Star] Staryu (X)
Ability: Illuminate
Signature Move: Liquid Drain

Since birth, Star has wanted to be like it’s parents. Since being abandoned, Star has lost all hope of being that way. Once it began battling, it knew what it must do. Star’s parents were Water and Psychic typed, so Star made its goal to drain any liquid out of its opponents.

Using the Psychic abilities promised with evolution, Star focuses on any liquid within its opponents system. Using the Psychic force, it drains 20% of the opponents liquid out of them. This liquid is used to restore Star’s health by 10% and its energy by 10%. With the purification system Star has forced itself to adapt with, it purifies even the nastiest of liquids.

With this drainage, the opponent is left with 6% burn. The only way is to be cured f this burn is to be doused with Water. Any Water move that does 30 and under base damage heals 1%; 30-70 heals 2%; 70-100 heals 3%; 100-125 heals 4%; 125+ heals 5%; Rain Dance heals 1% each round; Sunny Day intensifies the burn by 1% every other round.

Type: Psychic / Stat: Special / Base Damage: 20% / Accuracy: 90% / Target: Single / Energy: 10%
Effects: Heals 10% Health and 10% Energy; gives opponent a 6% burn
Usage Gap: 5 rounds

[William] Scraggy (male)
Ability: Shed skin
Signature attribute: Distracted by the shiny

William has always loved shiny things, even when he was in his egg. With the help of his father (a Garchomp), he has learned to recognize, hold onto and collect these shiny items, but is also easily distracted by anything that is shiny, and will also get angry at Pokemon who were able to get shiny items before he could.

William has pickup along with his other ability. However, moves that involve shining light in some way (flash, swift, mirror coat, mirror shot, ect) may cause him to flinch 20% of the time, as he is in awe of the shininess. If another Pokemon with pickup is on the field, his attack will rise by one level (this will count as a normal stat boost and can be reduced to 0 again) at the cost of the William's moves having their accuracy reduced by 10% having due to William's anger distracting him.

[Mr. Wonderful] Male Spiritomb
Ability: Pressure
Signature Attribute: Trickery

Mr. Wonderful is a Ghost/Dark type Pokémon. Both of these types usually mean the Pokémon will be sly and use tricks. Mr. Wonderful is no different.

Ever since being rescued from 'That Damned Tower' as he puts it, he went back to using slyness and cunning to battle his foes. He will go to the ends of the earth as we know it to land a hit, and will go past any barriers that stand in his way.

Effects: Mr. Wonderful gains Infiltrator in addition to Pressure, and will hit past foe's barriers. He also starts with a +1 accuracy boost (this can be reset to 0), but in return, so does his foe, as he often leaves a few open spots to strike.

Meta is a fun pokemon. It loves to play pranks on people and explore new places using its ability to transform. But Superbird was always unsatisfied by his Ditto's transformation abilities. While the pokemon was learned in the looks of many pokemon, it knew the actual abilities of none but the ones it could copy -- and it had a horribly short memory span. But Superbird wasn't one of those suckers who would just deal with everything; he thought of something interesting to teach his Ditto. Eventually, through many long hours of training and countless more in the library with Quabbel and Neitelo learning those two pokemon's wisdoms about moves, several back-door visits of questionable legality to the Aurion Home for the Belligerent Elderly to speak with elders about practicing common moves, and short visits to the Pokemon Shop, Superbird finally succeeded in making his Ditto better.

Effects: Meta has spent a long time practicing and now understands how to use several moves, provided it has the means to use them. Through its memory of basic battle techniques combined with the ability to transform into absolutely anything, Meta has gained the ability to make a semi-perfect transformation into any common pokemon. When Meta makes an imperfect transformation into any Rarity 1 pokemon, it will be able to use all of that pokemon's moves that it can learn via level-up. However, because Meta is a Ditto and it's not its first nature, using any attacks when it is imperfectly transformed is hard for it, so it will use 2% extra energy per attack. Finally, transforming based entirely on memory is pretty taxing, so it can only use the move Transform three times in any one battle.

Gleeb (Male Castform) <Forecast>
Signature Attribute: Windy Form

Most Castform found in the wild find their family tree's roots in Hoenn's official weather institute, where the first Castform was built to help study the weather. Unbeknownst to many citizens, in Hoenn, there exists a different institute dedicated to studying weather.

The few people belonging to this institute harbor a deep resentment toward the "official" weather institute.

"Why should they be the official institute? Yes, they do manage to predict the weather accurately, and they did manage to create Castform, but that doesn't make them superior to us."

To prove that point, the members of the unofficial weather facility decided to create a better pokemon that would help them study the weather. Not only would this pokemon be able to provide more information about the weather, it would also be a better battler than the ridiculous pokemon the official institute was able to create. Or so they thought. Years went by without the members of the unofficial weather facility managing to make any progress at all. One day, it dawned on them that they needn't create an entirely new pokemon. They'd just need to "borrow" the designs of the official weather institute. Infiltrating the official weather institute with the only competent meteorologist in their facility, they managed to get a copy of the data regarding Castform's creation. With this data in their hands, they were one step closer to their goal. All they needed to do was to somehow modify that data.They thought, "What if we make a new form for Castform?" They decided to create a wind form for Castform,and being extremely uncreative, they gave Castform wings and programmed for them to sprout when Castform entered its wind form.However, there was a reason these "meteorologists" weren't part of the official weather institute. This became apparent in the resulting pokemon. To the meteorologists' surprise, Gleeb doesn't experience emotions. Apparently, while making changes to the official blueprints, these meteorologists accidentally deleted the personality data. Hoenn authorities found out about this incident and released the poor pokemon into the wild.

Effects: Gleeb gains access to a windy form. He will transform into this form once Tailwind is in effect, whether or not Tailwind aids him or his opponent. In this form, he is considered to be a flying type pokemon. Also, while in this form, Gleeb is treated as both inherently hovering and consensually flying. He requires no energy to hover but can be commanded to fly higher at the cost of energy like a normal consensually flying pokemon. The only visual cue that differentiates Gleeb in his windy form from his normal form is his pair of tiny white wings. If a weather condition and Tailwind are both in effect, Gleeb will transform in accordance to whichever move was used last. For example, if Gleeb uses Rain Dance and his opponent uses Tailwind afterwards, he will be in his rainy form between his action and his opponent's but will transform into his windy form after his opponent's turn. When Tailwind is in effect, Gleeb's weather ball is considered to be flying type and has double the power. If a weather condition and Tailwind are both in effect, Weather Ball will gain its type based on the last move used.

Gleeb also learns the following moves: Acrobatics, Clear Smog, Defog, Razor Wind, Whirlwind, Hurricane, Fly, Featherdance, Wing Attack, Air Slash, Sky Attack, Scary Face
Gleeb isn't able to use the following moves: Captivate, Attract, Return, Frustration, Retaliate
The moves lost don't come close to matching up with the moves gained. You'll need to either cut down on the high-powered moves, or even it out by losing some more. Does he have access to these moves even when he's not in his windy form?

Ability:Shell Armor
Signature Attribute:Extraordinary Lineage


As is explained here, Scylla the Cloyster used to be, not a Cloyster, but the ancient six-headed beast, snacking on sailors that sailed down the narrow passage it called home. One sailor had a wife, however, well versed in magic, who transformed it into the Cloyster it is now. Despite being a Pokémon now, Scylla still keeps some of its extraordinary abilities, such as as its Six-Pronged Strike.

This is not Scylla's only distinguishing feature, however. It was the child of two powerful sea gods, Ceto and Phorcys, and as such, its association with water is not to be overlooked. Just being near water boosts Scylla's performance and washes away stat effects, both positive and negative, and the ordinary lifeless liquid will actually go out of its way to help the beast. However, water is linked very closely to this being's power-if it is not in it or at least touched by it, its performance suffers considerably. Such is the privileges and price of having such unusual parents.

Effects:Whilst in or surrounded by water, (it must be a considerably large body, at least as big as Scylla itself) all stat bonuses or deductions are removed and Scylla gains a +2 in Attack, Defense, Special Attack and Special Defense. If it is within a meter or so of water when attacked with a projectile attack, the water will leap on its own accord and try to protect it, shaving 2% damage off. However, if Scylla is not surrounded by or in a body of water as large as itself, it loses -1 in Attack and Special Attack.
Oh, I thought someone already posted about this one, but maybe it got lost in the shuffle.

Eh, still gonna say you'll need to cut down on the stat boosts. It just adds up too quickly.

Waaaaay too powerful, and the explanation doesn't make much sense. Also, I'd just ditch the stuff about the "6% burn". It just looks unnecessarily complicated and overpowered.

Tentatively approved I guess. The backstory is still lacking.

[Jet] Murkrow (M)
Signature Attribute: Jokes and Laughs

Jet loves a good laugh (or, rather, caw, but it's all the same to him). Countless times he's been caught firing Confuse Rays into crowds, causing disarray and chaos, or freezing people and Pokémon in place with a well-timed Mean Look.

Of course, most Pokémon are somewhat annoyed by Jet's antics, and actively seek revenge on him. Trouble is, Murkrow aren't exactly the fastest Pokémon, and he's been punished enough times to make an impresssion.

Now, Jet wasn't about to stand by and take the abuse. Having heard about faraway flocks of Murkrow with a special trait for blinding speed, he got an idea. And so, he started his journey to become just like those legendary Murkrow, and picked up a few skills in the process. At least, that's how he sees it.

Effects: Through practice, Jet has gained the ability Prankster; however, as his skills aren't quite as refined yet, all attacks boosted by the ability always move last within their priority bracket.

He's also picked up a few new pranks and lost some fodder, as detailed:

+ Switcheroo, Nasty Plot, Hypnosis, Magic Coat, Telekinesis, Encore
- Payback, Round, Defog, Swift, Curse, Screech, Pursuit, Night Shade, Twister
The drawback for gaining prankster doesn't make any sense. Prankster gives priority to non-damaging moves. Is he gaining it in addition to his other ability?

The moves you're gaining are very useful, especially compared to the moves lost. It needs evened out a bit more.

Approved, with a few nitpicks: does Environmentalist still go into Green Rage if he makes his foe drop its item? Acid Armor doesn't cause Pokémon to turn into a liquid; it covers them with a slime-type thing.
If I recall correctly, Acid Armor can be used that other way as well; however, I might be mistaking it for an inherent trait in Vaporeon, Grimer and Muk.

Adressed the other issue, as well as LS99's suggestion.

[Environmentalist] Meowth (M)
Ability: Pickup
Signature Attribute: Green Rage

Environmentalist did not get this nickname for no reason. He actively enforces the protection of nature and, if something anti-ecological transpires within his range of sensory, he will deliver punishment, drawing power from what he seeks to protect if necessary. What particularly peeves him are the following: littering, water pollution, gas emission and, mostly, destruction of nature by reckless attacking.

Effects: This signature attribute will be triggered if any of the following occours in an arena with sufficient wildlife: dropping a held item while Environmentalist can't collect it with Pickup (unless Environmentalist himself caused the item to be dropped), causing Poison-type moves to hit a sufficiently large body of water (which means not a puddle, but definitely a pond) or using Acid Armor to blend into one whilst being a Poison-type, using Smokescreen or Smog, or causing significant damage to said wildlife. If Green Rage is activated, all of Environmentalist's offensive attacks will do 3% more damage, with the energy cost being increased in accordance to the damage dealt (i.e. for the intents and purposes of cost calculation each attack is treated as having 30 more points of base power). Also, while in this state, Environmentalist receives STAB whenever he uses an offensive Grass-type move, but must expend 1% additional energy for every such attack.
