Yes. The trainers and referee have gotten ASBNASA to supervise and transport them to the Moon, which is stocked with all the puréed food and water that they'll need. Because of the thin atmosphere, all Pokemon and people must wear spacehelmets (and consequently all sound like a huffing Darth Vader.) Attacks that are dependent on weather or wind are unusable, as the Moon obviously hasn't got the atmosphere for it. Electric type attacks, howver, are usable due to the electricity from the space shuttle the crew arrived in. Each round there is a five percent chance that a small meteorite will arrive and bump a Pokemon (rng controls who it hits) and whack 3% damage out of the Pokemon.
On the moon, a referee randomly teleports onto the surface. He sees both competitors have recently arrived as well, each itching for a battle. With the signal from the ref, each sends out their Pokemon, though their voices are extremely difficult to comprehend due to their helmets. Unable to blow a whistle, the referee waves his flags to start the battle.

Mintleaf took no hesitation in beginning the fight. With a flash of incredible agility and speed, the Snivy dashed across the surface, striking the opposing Baltoy directly. Upon getting up, the Baltoy was surprised that the lizard was not largely affected by the gravity, but that may have been the effect of the attack. Realizing its opponent's strength, the clay doll concentrated its psychic energy, forming a wondrous wall of light.
The Snivy did not know what this shield's effects were, but she was fully aware that inflicting damage needed to be done. Mintleaf approached her opponent once more, revealing her vines and whipping them repeatedly at the doll. However, the wall of light seemed to slow her assault, causing the whips to be not as painful. Baltoy was still injured from the attack, however, so it decided to defend itself more. It concentrated its energy once more, but this time its skin hardened. The clay doll turned around to see what its opponent would do next.
Mintleaf needed to inflict more damage, so she decided to just plainly tackle the foe. In a matter of seconds, the Snivy was facing the Baltoy once more and charged. With the defensive wall and the solid skin of the doll, however, the attack seemingly did nothing. The lizard just bounced off the opponent. Baltoy would have smirked if it could have as it began to concentrate energy once more. Suddenly, there were three more dolls levitating before the Snivy. Before the lizard could respond, however, the referee's flags were fluttering. Mintleaf angrily grunted and returned to her original spot.
