1 vs 1 vs 1 single/triple?
Style: Set
DQ: Standard week
Damage Cap: 35%
Banned Moves: OHKO's
Arena: Fleet Town
Fleet Town used to be a boisterous, prosperous city, made up of well-built houses, apartments, beautiful skyscrapers, everything you'd look for in a city. Unfortunately those times are long gone and all that's left are ruins.
Whatever destroyed the city did its job; there is not a single remaining building in Fleet Town that remains erect. The streets are littered with the remains of buildings - blocks of cement, wood, and bricks are strewn about carelessly. The ground itself is cracked and potholed; the once-pristine cement streets and beautiful sidewalks are now serve as a dangerous hazard to anyone who attempts to walk on them, whether by tripping over the cracks or fallen building parts or falling into holes.
Months passed.
The trainers, faithful to their vow to rip each other apart, ahem, battle each other to the death, ahem, defeat, stood in the pouring rain, waiting. (A fight might have broken out a few times in the middle mostly because standing in the rain for long periods of time
sucked and the idiot who ordered Rain Dance deserved a punch in the face or two).
The trainers did no leave even when Negrek set loose a whole crew of rampaging pokemon in what she called "a complete revision" in order to make ASB "better" or something; it's obvious that she just wanted to set loose her whole crew of a gazillion pokemon on the unsuspecting Asbers. To her credit, she did set up a pretty sweet PC system after the revision, but did she really had to grind the Registration Office to dust and then stand on top of it while laughing evilly?
After seemingly forever, the yellow tapes disappeared from Asber, and trainers once again flocked back in from all over T'Cod. Our trainers still stood faithfully by the arena, wondering when the hell the rain was going to stop it's been three months Arceus-damn it
sres--
That was then their savior appeared. Its long
bathrobe coat flapping behind it dramatically, the linoone entered the scene, holding its paws behind its back royally. A halo of light shone from the linoone's back, giving it a godly air, and everybody was too busy weeping with happiness to notice the flashlight it was holding behind it back.
The godly aura was promptly destroyed when Pathos tackle-glomped the referee into a puddle of mud.

Round 3
Niska just wanted the battle over with at this point. It's raining, it feels like it's been
months, and he wanted to evolve, dammit. The wisps of ghostly energy hovering around his spherical body concentrated itself into a black sphere in front of him, and Niska shot it off at Ruin, hoping to destroy the baltoy or at least ruin its face for good. The attack hit -- right on the face, too -- and Ruin reeled back in shock, almost crashing into one of the sharper pieces of the ruins lying about it. The ghostly energy burned into the baltoy's face, not ruining it, per say, but still dealing a good damage nevertheless. Ruin seemed unfazed, however, and quickly began polishing itself on a nearby stone. Soon, its body was fit to be a mirror and glowing as brightly as the referee's flashlight (which wasn't saying much, seeing that the flashlight had landed in the mud and was spazzing out). Nenya took the rare time when she wasn't being attacked to relax her muscles, flexing her worm-like body.
Yet no matter how much they tried, the numbing Haze settling over the arena did its trick, and Nenya felt just as slow as before. The Haze also somehow made Ruin's rocky body rough again, although nobody could quite figure out
how that worked.
Niska decided that it was time for some fun. With barely a "poof", the gastly melted into the pounding rain and floated behind Nenya. The dratini must have have felt something, because she shuddered visibly when the ghost entered her body. Nenya looked about suspiciously, trying to find the source of that weird feeling, but the only thing different was the veil of energy surrounding Ruin protectively, its faint glow painting the ruins green. Nenya dropped her Reflect and set up her own Safeguard in retaliation, in a very liberal sense of that word. The two pokemon stared off at each other through the rain, waiting for Niska to make his move.
The gastly, meanwhile, was using that little lull in actions to take a nap. He couldn't tell what the heck was going on outside of his host's body, but it was nice and comfortable here... The Haze was fading now, but Ruin still couldn't tell where that gastly was. Not realizing that his opponent had possessed the dratini, the baltoy humphed in annoyance and blasted the only pokemon in sight -- Nenya -- with a burst of psychic power. The glowing Light Screen vibrated as it absorbed the invisible energy, but Nenya still shuddered from the attack. She wasn't expecting the baltoy to attack her, after all. Speaking of which, where
is that stupid ghost anyway? Sighing, trying to ignore the pain in her head and the uneasiness, Nenya relaxed and tried to gain back some energy. Keeping the duel glowing shields intact was starting to wear her out.
A long while of nothing happening later, Niska popped out of Nenya's body, as invisible as before. The heavy Haze that had been surrounding the arena was all but washed away by the rain now; whatever was left of it wasn't going to be a bother to the battlers anymore, at the very least.

Arena Notes
- Further ruined, if anything. Puddles are everywhere.
- Nenya’s Rain Dance is in effect (2 more actions).
- Niska’s Haze has faded by the end of the third action.
Notes:
- Nenya dismissed Reflect during the second action.
- Haze negated all stat boosts.
- Ruin attacked Nenya because it couldn't tell where Niska was.
- Nenya's Chill didn't restore as much energy because getting Extrasensory'd is not fun.
Other Notes
- Okay. I got this. Really. Also fixed the Chilling energy restoration, which had some calculation errors in them.
- Just a reference for the Pokémon’s base speeds, starting with the fastest: Niska, Ruin, Nenya.
- Ahhh phasing how does this work ;; Please tell me if I did something wrong again.
- Next round’s attacks: Pathos, sreservoir, Walker
