Creasy is right, not that it actually helps you any, since apparently Freehostia won't let you use the mail function. Try going to one of those free websites that process e-mail forms for you; they probably have ads, but you don't really have a choice.
 
I'm looking for another host, actually.

Until that happens, I won't have to worry (I took down that page anyway). But if I do find a new host that lets me use the mail() function, what do I have to do to stop people from using my form for spam?
