Giga Drain to put us back over the damage cap. Follow that up with a Solar Beam for the KO, but make sure you land that Giga Drain first. If he is still conscious the last action fsr, Seed Bomb. Make three Double Team clones if he protects.

Centrico Plaza

Centrico Plaza is the crown jewel resting in the core of Lumiose City. Just the Prism Tower, standing at the very center of it, is already one of the most widely recognized landmarks of the entire region; and even the rest of the location isn't too shabby, with verdant gardens, beautifully patterned cobblestone pathes, the sound of the river running underneath the floor, and a surrounding circle of mid-height Kalosian houses, the splendorous local arquitecture adorning the plaza as a foil. Many businesses have come into being at the ground floors of the area, but today, the world-famous roundway of egg hatching is all Asber's, with barriers sealing off all of the many roads leading into the city's very own hub -- and of course, curious crowds gathering at the edges to watch the competition.

For this round of the tournament, each player has been loaned a fresh Pokémon from Kalos. Battles in this round will not last longer than five rounds; if neither Pokémon has fainted by the end of the fifth round, the winning trainer will be the one with the greatest sum of health and energy remaining on their Pokémon.​

A bright green glow spreads from Posadas to the injured amaura, circling around him and bounding down like a diving raptor on its prey. The orbs sap into his life force, draining him even further, whatever energy he’s got left reaching back towards the hungry Posadas. The pumpkaboo chomps down eagerly on each orb that floats towards him, feeling the life flow back through his… ‘veins’?

Still wincing, and definitely not feeling it, amaura somehow manages to put up the facade of total confidence. He pushes out his chest, raises his head high and boasts of his prowess during the battle - did Posadas see his hyper beams? A pumpkaboo like him could never pull of something like that, definitely not Posadas, he couldn’t do anything so cool. Amaura knew his type; they stuck to the boring stuff, like that giga drain, UHG. Posada’s face flushed red with rage, and he nearly flung himself at the dinosaur right then, completely unable to contain himself. Everything was a sudden haze of fury - but somehow, a deep breath managed to calm himself. If only for this next moment…

Focusing, continuing his breathing, the sun beat down hard - he could feel it with passing second. Every inch of him was gathering its power, its light collecting on his dark leaves, building rapidly until he seemed to literally glow - and he was, he was actually glowing - and the glow exploded out towards amaura as a thick, bursting beam of sunlight, carving into him like fire. The plaza was momentarily so bright that no one could see; even with closed eyes, it burnt through eyelids, and after the light was gone it hurt to open your eyes. Waiting minutes for sight to adjust, amaura appeared slumped on the pavement, singed black and unconscious.​
