Uh... this is the first time this has happened and it's not really covered in the rules what should happen if there's a tie. So... I guess something like this is supposed to happen?
edit: I take that back, it happened in week 1 lol. Uh, Tropiking can do whatever he wants with the results of this poll I guess. He can either take one or both. Let's color this unofficial and that I'm just personally curious until Tropiking gets back to us.
