Help with ripping GBA MIDIs?

hello yes so I am attempting to upload the soundtracks of the four localized Hamtaro games (Hamtaro: Ham-Hams Unite!, Hamtaro: Ham-Ham Heartbreak, Hamtaro: Ham-Ham Games, and Hamtaro: Rainbow Rescue) to youtube, because nobody else has uploaded a full OST for any of these games. I've so far uploaded the first two games. But I'm having trouble with the soundtrack to the other two games. My strategy is to make my own text playlist to know which tracks are in the game, then record them off my emulator. But with Ham-Ham Games, there's a big-ass ambient soundtrack where I have no idea what the songs are even called, and for Rainbow Rescue, I've played it 1 time which is not enough to make a full soundtrack list from memory alone. So I've been asking around to see if anyone can directly rip the MIDIs (and also titles if given in the code, titles would be gr8 too) for these two games so I can just upload those MIDIs to Youtube, which will have the added benefit of sounding better than if I record directly off emulator. I was wondering if anyone could help me out?

only thing I know about the games is they dont use Sappy. (Well Ham-Ham Heartbreak does but not Ham-Ham Games or Rainbow Rescue which are the ones I want)
