• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

Trainer Sprites

Oh, in that case, let me change my post.

Tutorial? It's just like splicing scratching, except with a person and a pokemon.

AS for the sprites,

Pretty much :/

But, since you are probably not going to find that helpful, here's what google gave me.

You don't really have to completely scratch it, that is just more difficult and doesn't usually look as good.

Here's another one-

You can't make certain poses if you don't scratch it. That's all.

Well, I guess I'll start making one later, Monday at the earliest. I need to get pictures of people first.

I've scratched Trainer sprites. o_o They're tougher than Pokemon, but really, there's no trick to it. Put it side-by-side with a similar trainer sprite so you can copy the style, and draw it like you would a normal scratch sprite.
