• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

The CoD Monotype Challenge

^above, how did you get all of those

Bred them, traded their eggs over after defeating Cilan. I felt like doing it that way. But grinding (even with Audino hunting) takes a while, and heir all now only lv 16.

I didn't know we had this thread

I've been doing a Fighting mono in Sapphire for a while now. It's boring as hell and I'm sick of it but I'm about halfway through Victory Road so I'll finish it anyway.

I forget the levels, and some of the moves but this is my team:

Li
Blaziken
Blaze Kick
Double Kick
Slash
Bulk Up

Hellga
Heracross
Brick Break
Horn Attack
Counter
(something)

Banner
Machoke
Vital Throw
Revenge
Strength
Foresight

Bruce
Hariyama
Vital Throw
Rock Smash
Surf
Rock Tomb

Jackie
Breloom
Giga Drain
Leech Seed
Mach Punch
Headbutt

Mahatma
Medicham
Ice Punch
Thunderpunch
Hi Jump Kick
Psychic

I've decided that I use Breloom too much. Also, I figured out why I never used a Meditite before.

It sucks.

It probably wouldn't have been that bad if I hadn't needed to level it up with a Poison type Hidden Power.

Anyway, once I finish my no-save Diamond runthrough, I can get back to this.

Been awhile because I hadn't been able to locate my DS that had the game.

Ensure everyone is at lv 50 for gym challenge (Can't take chances against Druddigon, and Gharnis isn't going to evolve until I hit the league)

Notes:
Cryogonals are annoying
Too much Ice Beam
Finished relic castle bit.
Onwards!

So I finished the Flying Run (I'll display the final stats of the team in some time) and have now begun a rock run, with the exception of the of the first gym again.

I've started a Poison monotype run on my X. Currently about to reach the fourth gym and my team is as follows:

VenusaurScolipedeCrobatNidoking

Intending to get

TentacruelDrapion

...I've created a "Monotype Run teams" list where I've chosen six Pokémon for each type - I decided to start with my Poison team as it somehow seems really strong compared to the other ones. Not to mention I always have a Crobat in my team (it's my top-4th favorite Pokémon).
