Suggestions I need some help

Now I really didn't know where to put this so please don't kill me for this, admins.

Now I have a small problem. Birthday of one friend of mine is coming very soon and I promised to somehow edit a Seviper sprite for him (Ruby/Sapphire one) but I really do not know what could I edit for it... So if anyone can, please give me some ideas. I only need ideas.


P.S I might put up my other sprites eventually.
 
Yup :3 Now I have a Seviper, Latios, Espeon, Zangoose and Snivy. All sprites are from Ruby/Sapphire (but Snivy of course) and I know exactly what I'll do.
