Teleport on carnivine, lileep/cradily, or maractus?

Teleport on clamperl (cloyster, shellder, slowbro and slowpoke learn it)?
 
No teleport on clamperl, but on gorebyss or maaaybe huntail I guess it would be okay.
 
Maybe on huntail, or yes on huntail? Actually fairly important, with the branched evolution.

While I'm on the random things with teleport track... actually, girafarig is fairly reasonable, right? Hoothoot?

"It makes a single pearl during its lifetime. The pearl is said to amplify psychic power." This is more on clamperl, but I don't see why their pearl would amplify psychic power if they don't have any. They don't learn psychic attacks, but that's probably due to the intentionally limited movepool. While huntail don't have as much psychic power as gorebyss, I still doubt that the psychic energy would be entirely wasted--plus, they're still members of the same evolutionary family.

... And also, teleporting fish. They have to get around somehow, right?

Girafarig and Hoothoot are fine. Growth is not a TM.
 
Bide on Cascoon? Half the PokeDex entries are about how it endures pain and at least one mentions it seeking revenge. Also things like Pineco and Kricketot get it.
 
but cascoon is neither kricketot nor pineco! (and pineco ... has a movepool.) besides, the closest analogues, metapod and kakuna, are precisely the pokémon that don't learn bide when almost everything else does.

bide skitty should be okay, right?
