Does anyone know where I can get a working Pokemon modifier, preferably one of the fancy ones that works on the calculator and lets you choose level and nature as well? I really only need it for one pokemon, as I need a very specific IV set for a hidden power I plan to use, and I already have a code that supposedly fixes the Ivs, and I've set it to the Grass-type set of Ivs. Thanks for helping.
 
can't you just get a pokémon and pokesav it afterward?

I do believe it can even generate AR codes to modify and existing pokémon.
 
It's a save file modifer for pokemon games, but it also has the option to turn whatever changes you made into an Action Replay cheat that will apply said changes to your game.
