Egahds, I've been gone a long while!
I've been looking for clarity on catching Cubone w/o a Silph Scope on the Internet, but it's been ambiguous. Could y'all help please?

I've spent hours trying to find one in the tower without a Silph Scope and I never ran across a single Cubone. Whether or not you can or cannot, I don't know, but I was never able to until I got the Silph Scope :3

do you mean the marowak ghost?

i havent a clue how to catch it, but there's an easy way to get through the stairs w/o he silph scope.

get a poke doll, then use it on the marowak ghost. =D

@Popcorn, thank you, I guess it'll be after I get the Silph Scope than. How unfortunate.

@DarkAura, No not the Ghost, I have no intentions of capturing it, nor will I ever.

you can't catch the ghost marowak anyway, it dodges pokeballs (including masterballs).

You do indeed need the Silph Scope to find Cubones. The Cubones in Pokémon Tower are supposed to be ghost Cubones (despite the fact that they're the same as any living Cubone once you catch them...?)
