Acronym Game

(Actually when I came up with that acronym, I was talking about how I woke up with two mouth ulcers that are apparently immune to the effects of Bonjela cream, and the fact next door's dog had been barking ALL MORNING, so I was quite tetchy when I woke up today! Granted that was like 12 hours ago...)
