The Mysterious "Plain" Style

So, as I usually do, I decide to check all of the websites I visit. Now my computer has been mucking things up over the past week, such as deleting cookies each time I leave Internet Explorer. I almost ALWAYS have to login and reset my style on the forum, but the main site always stayed as the Roar of Time style for some reason. (My guess is that I usually visit the forums first, so it keeps my style.) However, today I visited the main site first and got a page that was void of any style. I'm just rather curious why that page appeared instead of Axe Murderer or Hellfire. Anyways, I got some pics that show the "layout."

That's just what the page looks like with no stylesheet applied. Presumably you got this because your browser couldn't load the stylesheet for some reason, or if for some reason the style cookie for the main site took on a nonexistent value. You could view the source and see precisely what the <link> element in the head of the page looks like if you want to find out.
 
I'm pretty sure it appeared because my computer has been deleting cookies whenever I get off the internet. I actually kinda like the "style." And, how do I view the source?

If it deletes your cookie, the site will show the default style. The only way that this can happen is if either the stylesheet didn't load this particular time, or if the cookie is set, but to some bogus value.
