Right now I'm trying to beat either Chuck(Fighting-type gym leader) or Jasmine(Steel-type gym leader). With my current team, who do you think I should take on first, or how should I train up since I've beat all the trainers around both cities?

All right, I'm a little braindead right now, so I can't do a full analysis but I do have one question. Three water-types? Why?

Maybe you don't want psybeam and confusion on Butterfree, but that's an opinion. What will you use to fly around? Mantine and Butterfree can't learn fly (though that would be epic), and your other pokemon aren't flying-types Are some of these pokemon just temporary? Can't help much more here, but that's my fault right now. *naps*

You'd probably find Chuck a little easier than Jasmine, because you have Butterfree who destroys fighting types. I would train Butterfree (in the water as Psybeam is super effective against Tentacools) so that it is faster than Chuck's Pokemon so that you can use Sleep Powder then just destroy him with Psybeam.

Jasmine might be harder as she has multiple Magnemites (I think they have Thunderbolt as well, which lots of your Pokemon are weak to). In National Park, at the back, there is a break in the fence. If you turn left out of there and follow the path, you'll find TM28 - Dig (I think). Dig is usable in-game so you can teach it to one of your Pokemon to take on Jasmine's Magnemites. Her Steelix shouldn't be a problem for your Croconaw, but bring lots of healing items just in case.

I hope that helped.
