So I obtained the national pokedex, it's between 8 p.m. and 4 a.m., and I even talked to Gardenia outside of the Old Chateau, but for some reason Rotom is not showing up.

So I am really confused now and could use some advice. Version is Diamond.
 
Hmm...I think my game did something similar once. The clock may be all weird, try going to do it again when it should be daytime, see if that works? or have you changed the DS clock recently?
 
yeah I changed the clock like three times today.

But I've done basically the same thing before on this game, and it worked perfectly.
 
Sometimes the game catches on about that, so try again after 24 HRS without changing the time and see if that works!

It won't do anything if you try to just set the clock to night and go in right away.

Try setting it at 7:59 and quickly hopping in the area. Wait for it to become "8:01", and leave the room and re-enter and talk to the TV. That will do it, I think
 
It's been at least four or five days since I reset the time now, and it still won't do anything.

If this affects it, I only have two badges.
