Hello.
I haven't had the chance to examine this yet, but I would like to note that you posted this thread twice. (You can delete threads by editing the first post, by the way.)
 
That layout needs some work. The header looks like it was draw in paint,you can see a line where the background image repeats, and the blue-and-gray color scheme is reminiscent of dialogue boxes from early versions of Windows.
