For Scizor, swap Metal Claw with something, preferably Superpower or Roost. You may also want to swap U-Turn with Bug Bite so you can attack with Bug STAB without having to switch out and possibly lose your SD boosts.

Celebi will probably want an offensive move. Giga Drain, perhaps?

not what each of your pokémon are doing; what does your team do, as a whole? how do the pokémon on your team function together?

... okay, so it's few defensive cores, I guess.
 
Usually teams are built around a single Pokémon, or defensive / offensive cores. Is your team a spike-stacking one? Bulky Offense? All-Out offense? You can just put random pokes together and expect it to work.
