Personality: Cinxia is generally rather secretive and passive, a better listener than story-teller. She doesn't like to get herself truly 'involved' in an issue unless absolutely necessary, which also lends well to being able to quietly give unbiased advice to almost any problem someone might have. She's quiet, but generally friendly and gentle towards those who treat her as well as she would treat them.

Due to a traumatic event involving the loss of her trainer a few years ago, Cinxia finds it difficult enough to trust a human, let alone empathise with one. She's elevated the memory of her trainer akin to god-status, and as no other human could ever match up to that, she's content to aid the Empire in its goal. Not that she cares to mention this idea for obvious reasons, but it's there. She also has a particular hatred for male humans.

Appearance: Cinxia is an unusually delicate Absol, due to having lived in the city rather than in the rugged mountain climates her kin take to, and has a rather fragile-looking build. Conveniently, however, this is difficult to spot due to the masses of wiry rose-tinted fur covering her thin frame. Her head-sickle is curled over at the end due to not quite being able to clip it (it's rather like a ram's horns in this respect), but still remains very sharp and deadly. Other than that, and minus a few old and new burns and scars, Cinxia is a rather average-looking Absol. Except from being a wee bit sparkly every so often. She keeps herself clean, certainly, but she's hardly silky or soft to the touch any more.

Age: 2000 ((Spiritomb is one of those ancients species taht lives for like-forever))

Species: Spiritomb ((Shiny)), If you are a part of the group that doesn't conside it a legend.

Personality: Spectre is the 'psychotic one' of the group. He is obsessed with making human suffer and pay for what they did to him thousands of years ago ((sealing him away)). And when he heard about the Empire he instantly joined. He takes pride in all of his kills and prays that every battle he has inflicted a serious wound on his foes. When he is around just allies or by himself ((or around the boss)) he is somewhat calmer than his killing self, and provides the occasional comedy relief. Being so old he is also the 'wise one' dispensing advcie on pretty much everthing from great Australlian breakfast to avoiding being ripped off at a supermarket.

Appearance: Spectre looks like a normal member of his species except he is shiny. The 'orbs' on his 'face/body/head/thing' can be changed around at will and varying in size and shape depending on mood. His keystone is a bit more cracked than a normal Spiritomb's but this does not make it weaker.

Other: Whatever. Apply for realationship if you dare ladies ;)... He has several human slaves with odd wounds that Spectre has no idea how they happened. Has a few Haunter and other ghost type Subordinates. Also dispenses advice on battles and whatnot to Abijah due his experience in, well everything... because oh oh god is he old.

Age: 22
Gender: Female
Species: Raichu

Personality: Amber, despite being loyal to the Cause, is friendly and respectful even toward her human slaves. She does place them below pokemon in status, of course, and they are not pleased with how they are treated, but there is no doubt she treats them better than most pokemon do. She only brands them to make sure no other pokemon touches them, lest they wish to be faced with the consequences.

Toward other pokemon, she is also warm and friendly, although many pokemon unfortunately don't feel the same way. Maybe it's because she often meets them while they are in pain, and even if she can wish away their injuries, there might be some resentment that she's never out there fighting. If she was, she'd probably hold her own, but she's much more useful far behind the front lines.

Appearance: Amber has a delicate build and was obviously never bred to be a fighter. She isn't small, but she's thinner than most raichu and has more delicate bones, most obvious when looking at her paws or her facial structure. Her fur is groomed and clean, though not to the extent that there's nothing out of place.

Her tail more closely resembles that of a male raichu. Additionally, the electric bolt is larger and thicker around the middle than average, though the edges are more fine. There are flecks of silver visible in bright sunlight, and the fur is very stiff.

Other:

• She can use wish as an emergency medic
• She can use iron tail to turn her tail into a blade
• She can cause prolonged blasts of electricity at controlled levels
• She has several human slaves, whismur subordinates, an aerodactyl subordinate, plus apprentices of her "trade"
• She is Abijah's personal Torture Technician

Name: Mika
Age: 30
Gender: Female
Species: Skarmory

Personality: Mika is nothing if not bloodthirsty - she couldn't care less about humans, only viewing them as soft, fleshy targets to maim and rip apart. If she needed to fight Pokemon, she would do so willingly. She isn't quite a brute, knowing when to shut up and restrain herself from attacking, and she is respectful to certain superiors, the ones who are strong and skilled on the battlefield. The rest are treated with tolerance and the occasional scorn, though she's clever enough to never voice a scathing opinion right in front of them. She is quite adept at fighting, enjoying it so much that often the problem is getting her to stop. Despite her aptitude for battle, she isn't truly sadistic - she takes pleasure in the satsifaction of a successful kill, not her particular victim's pain.

Appearance: Mika is unusually large for a Skarmory, with an impressive wingspan. Her wings are a darker red than most, which she considers quite fitting considering how often she's used them to slice her foes. Due to obsessively sharpening wings, talon, beak and even tail on anything around, she has made it rather difficult for anyone to be near her, as they're liable to get cut with a flick of her wings, or if she decides to turn around suddenly. She is constantly tensed up, usually digging her talons into whatever she's standing around and flapping her wings restlessly, as if already impatiently waiting for the next opportunity to shed some blood.

Name: Karae
Age: 12
Gender: Female
Species: Dragonair

Personality: Karae is fanatically loyal to the great Cause (she always speaks of it with the capitals clearly audible). She is a complete idealist, with a black and white morality that ensures that all humans are evil in her eyes. She would do anything to help out those on the same side, and she worships Abijah and David completely. She is apathetic to the horrors of battle, and especially what she inflicts on others. Manipulating the weather and elements, she is truly a weapon - all that's needed is to point her in a direction and she'll do everything she can to kill her enemies without any personal regard for her own safety.

One might consider her innocent out of battle, considering her views on the Empire, but she does know what she's doing. She just couldn't care less. She is quick to judge, and completely biased to the point of paranoia - if a human tried to help her she would strike him or her down, convinced that the offer of aid was simply an attempt to attack her in some way.

Appearance: Karae is, to put it kindly, underweight, her growth stunted. More bluntly, she's a runt. Reaching an unimpressive length of six feet in length, she looks like anyone could throw her around with ease. Due to her constant usage of the aura around her to change the weather and influence her surroundings, she radiates a soft blue-white light. The horn on her head is longer than usual, and far thinner, looking like a sliver of bone jutting out from her head - but it's sharp, and her only real way of defending herself if anyone decides to try and attack her.

Her orbs are the usual blue, but a closer look at them would show that the colour moves, as if there are clouds whirling around inside. She's slightly paler than normal, enough to make her look vaguely weak and unhealthy.

Other:

Bio: Karae was the disappointment of a breeder that had been trying to raise a hoard of Dratini, and in an effort to get rid of her, sold her to a woman on Goldenrod who trained Karae to specialize only in elemental moves. However, the training was accompanied by very sparse praise and a great deal of punishment for failures she had no idea she had commited. This went on until the Radio Tower was taken over and Karae witnessed her trainer's death. There had been no real choice for her - without a purpose and completely confused, she joined the Empire, vowing to try and help Abijah in thanks for killing her trainer and taking care of her.

Random Notes: - Karae is amazingly good with any special moves, but she's the equivalent of a squishy mage when it comes to any physical attacks.

- She considers Abijah her mother, regardless of how little actual contact they've had.

- She can only control the weather in battle, because she needs a purpose (such as 'kill any human you see') to be able to focus herself. Otherwise she stands a good chance of simply floating there while making pretty cloud patterns, too caught up to pay attention to her surroundings.

Age: 17
Gender: Male
Species: Kecleon
Personality: Casey is a bit of a loner. He doesn't paticularly like to talk much, and ends to skulk around invsible. He only really talks in battle, and that's only if he thinks someone's being an idiot. He agrees completely with the empire's cause, belieiving humans to be below Pokemon in natural order. He's a good fighter, and he uses his ability to his best advantage. His strategy is to just generally fight from up close, mostly punching and kicking, not bothering with special attacks. He listens to the people above him in rank, and pays great respect to Abijah.

He joined the Empire as he harbours a great disliking for humans, following the deforestation of his old habitat to make way for what was known as Fortree City. He was caught by a trainer and taken to Johto before the Empire gained control. He was released after his trainer was killed, and then joined Abijah's cause as he had nowhere else to go.


Appearance: Casey looks like a regular Kecleon in most ways. He is a large green lizard with a red zigzag stripe around his middle. He has some yellow parts and his green scales change colour when hit by an elemental attack. He can also turn invisible at will but his red zigzag stays opaque. He has a couple of small scars on his torso from some tough fights. His zigzag is a bit off the normal red and also slightly changes when Casey is hit by an attack.

Age: 16
Gender: Male
Species: Breloom

Personality: Outside of battle, Skycutter is a docile Pokemon that isn't easily angered or saddened. He doesn't get overexcited much, but he can space out and miss instructions sometimes. However, in battle, he seems like a completely different Breloom entirely. While fighting, he seems to be always psyched up and confident, and never seems to get tired. However, he can be rash sometimes.
His opinion on the Empire is a not-very-solidified one. He hasn't completely taken sides with either the humans or the Empire, thanks to the fact that he was trained to his current experience level for most of his life. However, as a Pokemon associated with fungus, he was sensitive to the environmental conditions in many of the cities, and after realizing what the humans were doing, left his Trainer. Still, he wasn't very sure about joining the Empire either; it just seemed like the best decision since he didn't want to be captured again, and he didn't have anywhere else to go.
He tends to treat others with sympathy and compassion, but tends to be too susceptible to overlooking opposing intentions. His will can sway a lot if it's knocked by the opinions of his friends, which leaves him vulnerable to deserting the Empire at any time if someone he knows well decides to be against it.
Appearance: Breloom is a remotely humanoid Pokemon, and its upper half and tail are approximately skin color, too. Its head is a basic sphere, with a mouth about a third of the way up the front that opens relatively like a bird's beak. A little above each corners of its mouth are large and elliptical black eyes. The top of its head spreads out into something rather like the top of a mushroom, that is green on top and has a small red growth on one side. The line of its shoulders fans out similarly to its head. Its arms are very short and end in two-clawed "hands" colored red. Its lower half is the same green as the top of its mushroom head, and it has stout legs that have feet similar to its hands. Its tail is long and ends in a point with large, forest green spores circling around it.

Other: By the way, I normally play female characters, so if I accidentally call Skycutter a "she" every now and then, ignore it. XD

It's fine, and the added detail is a lot better than my description.

EDIT: Second character is ready :D. If you cannot tell, his description is greatly influenced by Dumbledore.

Name: Jowki
Age: 74
Gender: Male
Species: Slowking

Personality: Jowki is an eccentric old Slowking, saying strange and humourous things like 'nitwit' or 'blubber' under his breath. The other members of the Empire would most likely refer to him as 'the crazy old man' of the group. He is never impatient, due to being a Slowking, and is always calm and polite, even to his enemies. He also loves music, escpecially the flute.

He is kind with the younger ones, always greeting them when he passes by or giving them friendly advice whether they need it or not. He shows this mostly because at one point in time he was almost a grandfather-figure to a group of Slowpoke and Slowbro he was leader of. Even though he was a superb leader, however, he refuses to ever rise to become a higher authority ever again, since he does not want to be corrupted by power and greed like other leaders he's heard of.

He has two weaknesses, however. The first is that he believes that even the humans deserve a second chance and not all of them need to be exterminated. This may annoy or peeve other members of the Empire. The second and greatest weakness is that he trusts everyone, even those who other would consider untrustworthy. He sees a little bit of good in everyone, a saving grace you may call it, and will stand up for them.

Appearance: Being elderly, he has dulled in color of the ages; his pink colorings have become grey(which, in his younger years, was a startling red), and his 'crown' now a silvery-white. He also has a crooked nose/snout because when he was still a Slowpoke a Shellder flung itself at him in hopes to bite his tail, but when he turned around it slammed into the side of his face, breaking his snout.

Other: He can speak fluent human language because of his vast intelligence.
