Just some indeterminate bar in the city, this place smells heavily of alcohol, BO and piss. (Don't even -try- the bathrooms.) The patrons are at best drunkard bums and better described as imbibed apes, and the liquor they serve will set off radiological alarms. So what kind of battlefield is this?
Well, apparently when two trainers get drunk they find it to be a good idea to get their Pokémon drunk, as well. Noone really knows why, but it's probably in a similar vein to beer goggles. Of course, neither trainer is in much of a state to issue commands, and their Pokémon will soon be in no state to listen.

Upon being chosen each Pokémon is served gratuitous amounts of alcohol and set off on their way to have a go at each other.. if they can stay on their feet. The barkeep is about as apathetic to this, it seems, as to any other bar fight; and trust they're common.
Moves are selected completely random, similar to Metronome, from the Pokémon's available move pool. Any move may be used, included OHKO's, however should they hit they cannot break the damage cap and will deal an instant 50% tops.
Both Pokémon being lit off their arses will have an inflated ego and a boosted pain tolerance; essentially giving them both 150% HP and letting them go longer.
The bar is full of rickety and amusingly destructible objects, as well; and arena damage will become apparent. Apparently, the barkeep doesn't take into consideration supernatural powers. Hopefully soon he will~

Now, bar patrons will probably crowd around and chant a drunken Fight! chant; they may also throw things or get aggressive. Every action there is a 1% chance of a miffed patron trying to start a bar fight with one of the Pokémon, in which case they will lose their action that turn and take 5% untyped damage to knock the sucker out.
Bottles may also find themselves flying at either competitor, and each action there is also a 5% chance of an errant flying object hurling into the ring. Of course, aim is questionable, as is the actual contents of the bottles. There is a 15% chance of is containing more drink that will restore 5% HP to the Pokémon who catches it (Whether with their hand or their face), a 15% chance of it restoring 5% Energy, and a 20% chance of it dealing 5% untyped damage. Finally, at a 50% chance it will miss outright.

And finally, in this state the competitors will be less than capable of holding a steady battle. Every action there is a 5% chance of either Pokémon falling victim to temporary negative effects. There is an equal chance of one of four actions happened:

Falling asleep: The Pokémon will completely nod out, lowering both its defences by 3 stages until awoken and waking up after either 3 actions or after being struck by an offensive move.

Vomiting: The Pokémon will empty its stomach.. all over their opponent's face. This will totally gross their opponent out, and lower their defences by 3 stages for 3 actions.

Falling over: The Pokémon will completely lose its balance and fall right on its arse, causing them to lose that action and be inflicted with mild confusion.

Punchdrunk Swing: The Pokémon will forgo its supernatural powers in favour of slugging their opponent in the face. This will deal 5% untyped damage at 70% accuracy.

It’s no surprise (or is it?) that lower Manhattan has countless bars. Oddly enough, the insides are hardly different from bar to bar; not necessarily the structural features, but definitely the atmosphere. Somehow, the owners of today’s facility are totally unaware of the catastrophe of the previous mixture of Pokémon and alcohol, and soon they will learn their lesson. Amidst the crowd of drunks are two trainers, itching for a conflict. moon-panther drops a pokéball and releases her Mudkip, Takumi. The other trainer, Full Metal Cookies, lets out her own Pokémon, an Eevee called Ingrid. The two trainers each set a large pot of alcohol out for their Pokémon; Ingrid doesn’t hesitate and nearly falls headfirst into the pot, while Takumi seems a little more cautious, however the taste has him hooked. It isn’t long before both Pokémon are barely able to stand up straight, having finished their drinks. Even innocent little Takumi is ready for a good fight now.

Round 1

Ingrid is feeling great. Better than great, in fact. Taking on a pretty pink glow, she charges as best she can in her current state and rams her whole body into Tamuki. The Mudkip is flung into a table, which topples over from the powerful blow, knocking all the drinks on the surface to the ground. Other than those people whose drinks were just ruined and are now shouting profanities at Takumi, the commotion goes mostly unnoticed by the bar dwellers, either too used to things crashing or too drunk to care. Takumi slowly stands back up, struts over to Ingrid, and socks her in the face. Her wail of pain catches the attention of several other people in the bar, only just realizing that a battle is taking place. They begin a traditional “Fight!” chant as Ingrid shakes off and glares at the two Mudkips in her line of vision.

Eager to show off her strength, Ingrid gathers all the strength inside her for a powerful assault… or so she wishes. Though starting to feel ill, she’s still perfectly healthy, and has almost no pain to draw strength from. Still, she attempts to run at Takumi anyways, however she trips over her own feet and lands hard on the floor. Takumi laughs aloud before breathing a thin layer of smelly ice over his body and then curling up into a ball and charging Ingrid. His thin outer icy shell cracks and shatters upon impact with the little Eevee, still on the ground, and Takumi flops down on top of her.

Ingrid is not amused and flips Takumi onto the ground. She retreats a few paces before turning around and, again, as best she can, speeding towards Takumi and ramming into him. Again, he is toppled over from the attack, not strong or calculated enough to uproot him otherwise. In a similar manner to Ingrid, Takumi stands and takes several paces backwards before charging at the Eevee. His own tackle is much more powerful, and he stumbles for a bit after the collision before falling down again. Ingrid, meanwhile, is thrown by the force into the counter, which shakes and knocks a single empty glass bottle to the ground.

Round 1 Notes
-Ingrid’s moves: Return, Last Resort, Quick Attack.
-Takumi’s moves: Rock Smash, Ice Ball, Endeavor.
-Ingrid’s Return was at full power since… well, she’s drunk as hell and nothing really had a chance to throw her in a bad mood.
-Last Resort couldn’t be used for obvious reasons.
-Classic bar fight so far, why so much ramming? Let the destruction begin.
-Next round: FMC sings drunkenly, moon-panther sings drunkenly, I try not to be sick from the smell.

Round 2

Ingrid stumbles back to the center floor after her nasty encounter with the bar counter. Seeing Takumi watching her (and hoping he’s still able to see), Ingrid begins to cry. Takumi indeed sees the crying Eevee, and stumbles over himself in an attempt to move closer. His curiosity is quickly replaced by anger as the alcohol continues to affect his tiny body. Once again, the little Mudkip stands, takes a few paces back, and charges as best he can at Ingrid. She lets out a real cry this time as Takumi rams his whole body into her. Both Pokémon tumble and roll into a table, knocking it over and tossing everything on top to the ground.

Ingrid growls as she tries to stand. While Takumi is busy trying to sip more beer from one of the newly shattered bottles, Ingrid runs at him and rams herself into him. This time, only the Mudkip is flung away, narrowly missing the legs of a drunken man who apparently hadn’t noticed the battle and begun to walk through it. Takumi again stands and prepares for a full-body charge, this time adding a bit of flair by squirting out a little water around himself first. Upon contact with Ingrid, the water explodes in all directions, soaking her as well as the drunken crowd surrounding the two Pokémon.

While the crowd attempts to shake off the water, Ingrid focuses her attention on Takumi. Making she he’s watching, she waddles over to a pool of some spilled liquid and begins lapping it up as cutely as she can while wagging her tail enticingly, and throwing in a wink for good measure. The Mudkip completely falls for it. He drunkenly crawls over to Ingrid, and after making sure she isn’t pulling a stunt, begins licking up some liquid for himself as well.

The pair of Pokémon continue sipping up the spilled liquid for a while, as their trainers do the same. Several other bar dwellers quickly become bored and start a rather rowdy and out-of-sync “fight!” chant. Takumi pays it to mind, content that the cute little Eevee is sharing her puddle. Ingrid, however, manages to step back from the spilled beer. She begins to form a foul-smelling orb of ghostly energy in between her teeth. Barely able to aim, she hurls the ball towards Takumi once it reaches a fair size. The ball of shadows crashes right into the Mudkip, totally unaware of the threat and catching him off-guard, tossing him into the far wall, as several drunks break their circle and stumble out of the way. As he stands, Takumi can’t help but wonder why Ingrid tricked him after all. He spends several seconds just staring at the Eevee while pondering which is greater: his love for her or the puddle he was forced away from.

Apparently, Takumi has a fan among the circling drunkards. It’s impossible to tell who, but from somewhere in the crowd came a thick, glass bottle. The bottle, still full, soars over little Ingrid and smashes on the ground behind her. Though eager to lick up the fresh batch, Ingrid turns her attention to Takumi, who still looks to be staring into another dimension. She charges the Mudkip, stopping short of ramming him, and instead gently tickling him with her ears and paws. Takumi laughs at the once again unexpected attack, and is quite pleased to have his love interest all over him. Soon enough, though, the tickling overwhelms him, and Ingrid refuses his requests to stop. Takumi’s desperation takes the form of a stream of water from his mouth, tainted with alcohol, which launches Ingrid up and over the bar counter. Takumi breathes a sigh of relief as the barman begins shouting various curses at Ingrid, who shattered several glasses upon impact.

The angry barman lifts up Ingrid and drops her on the other side of the counter. She manages to stand, angry now, only fueled by her rapidly deteriorating condition. She charges at Takumi again, returning to her previous strategy, and rams him head-on. The recoil knocks her back as well, though Takumi is left seeing stars in a heap on the floor, a nasty bump rising next to his head fin. Both Pokémon rise again, though Ingrid underestimates her own feet and stumbles back down. Takumi takes his chance, though still reeling, to crawl along the floor. He bites down hard on Ingrid’s ear, causing the Eevee to wail in pain.

Round 4

Someone in the crowd is quite displeased at the sudden loud noise that Ingrid is releasing, and decides, for whatever reason, that a glass bottle would be a good way to silence her. Ingrid’s shriek of pain quickly turns into a semi-threatening growl as the bottle misses her for a second time, though in her current state it comes off sounding more like a “rawr”. Nevertheless, Takumi releases his hold on Ingrid’s ear in response to the sound, having been swayed into staring at the adorable creature pretending to be fierce.

While Takumi stares, Ingrid begins stumbling back and forth. There appears to be a slight pattern to her movements, and soon enough, a thin rain cloud begins to form somehow near the roof of the bar. Seeing this, Takumi begins to imitate Ingrid, dancing just as clumsily. The rain cloud thickens, though only slightly, and water begins to fall. Several surrounding drunks start screaming and cursing, but only a few of them bother to leave their positions. In fact, most of them are content to simply not move at all, besides attempting to shield their beverages from the rain.

It doesn’t take long for the bar to smell of wet Eevee in addition to the various other vomit-inducing odors. The tiny Pokémon is in no mood for the rain (which poses the question of why she started it in the first place), so she decides to make a wish. Arceus only knows if Jirachi will even be able to understand Ingrid’s drunken plea. Meanwhile, the pounding rain helps Takumi just about as much as it does Ingrid. In other words, not very much; Takumi leans forward and hurls all over Ingrid. Thankfully, the rain washes much of the putrid substance off her face, however that doesn’t quite make up for the act.

Round 5

Ingrid makes a futile attempt to shake off the water and remains of Takumi’s stomach emptying. She takes on a very soft pink glow and tackles Takumi, who is still nearby. Both Pokémon topple over; Takumi from the attack, Ingrid from state of mind. As Takumi lies there, he stares into Ingrid’s eyes, unwilling and unable to push her off. Even her wet and smelly fur doesn’t bother the Mudkip. As the Eevee begins to get up on her own, she begins to glow a bright gold. After a few seconds, the light fades, and Ingrid looks to be in significantly better condition, health-wise of course.

An idea sparks in Ingrid’s otherwise cloudy mind. She puts a paw into a nearby pool of alcohol and glows slightly pink as she infuses her life energy into the puddle. Said puddle then begins to rise and take shape, until a rather wet clone of Ingrid is standing beside her. Puzzled by this, Takumi’s survival instincts overcome his love temporarily, and in panic, he begins to spit out a column of swirling water. He then sends this vortex in Ingrid’s direction, however aiming is difficult and the whirlpool sails over the pair of Eevee, instead catching and trapping at least two drunks and their table.

Ingrid looks over her shoulder at the strange whirlpool, scattering even more water around the room, and lets out a wail. She begins to cry, though in the rain, no one would have noticed the tears, had she not been practically screeching. Takumi frowns, unable to bear seeing his love upset. Still, he feels threatened by the second Eevee, who has remained rooted to its position since it’s creation. Takumi begins to jog in what he believes to be a circle, guided only by the ring of people watching the fight. Flickers of other Mudkip appear and fade behind Takumi. Eventually he stumbles in a puddle, and falls, halting his sprint. He looks around but he remains alone on his side of the ring, and frowns again.

-Ingrid’s moves: Return, Substitute, Fake Tears.
-Takumi’s moves: Mud Bomb, Whirlpool, Double Team.
-Return’s power was rather slight, since Ingrid had just gotten hurled on and all…
-Attraction got the better of Takumi on action 1. His whirlpool on action 2 missed. The rain gave away his Double Team clone on action 3. That poor Mudkip is getting zero luck.
-Ingrid’s defenses returned to normal at the end of the round.

Round 6

Ingrid gives up on her crying, having seemingly accomplished her goal of keeping Takumi away from her. Instead, she charges at him, which makes perfect sense to her. She slips on the increasingly watery floor, stumbling more than once, but she manages to catch Takumi’s head in her ramming assault. The dizzy Eevee quickly retreats to her previous position beside her brownish protector as Takumi comes to his senses (sort of). He takes a tiny leap and crashes down with surprising force. The ground begins to shake, and suddenly several small boulders erupt from deep in the earth under the bar. Without stopping or slowing, the boulders hover through the air and come raining down on Ingrid. Just before they connect, Ingrid’s fluidic protector splits and forms a dome around the Eevee. The boulders splash into the substitute’s shield and seemingly disappear inside it. When the substitute regains its Eevee-like form, the real Ingrid is perfectly unharmed, at least, from the attack.

The Eevee wastes no time in charging for Takumi again, running around the hole in the ground. She makes no attempt to harm him, however, instead tickling him with her ears again. Takumi again gives in to a fit of laughter, unable to escape Ingrid’s unorthodox attack. Soon, though, Ingrid becomes too dizzy to continue, and Takumi takes his change as she tries to stable herself. As before, he cloaks himself in a veil of swirling water and lunges at Ingrid. He splashes into her with such force that she explodes into a tiny puddle of alcohol, and it takes Takumi by surprise, causing him to squeak and jump back. What the little Mudkip doesn’t realize is that somehow, Ingrid’s substitute crossed the room and blocked his attack before it hit his intended target.

The rain begins to slow as Ingrid gets the sudden inspiration to surprise Takumi. She gathers as much energy as she can contain and prepares to charge… but the energy springs back and spreads back throughout her body. She’s completely baffled as to why she was unable to perform her attack. While she sits and whimpers about it, Takumi spots her a few feet from where she just was. The Mudkip is just as confused, unsure of how the Eevee managed to explode yet is still alive and in a different location. Regardless, he draws upon his watery energy and, deciding not to simply bash his opponent, blasts a powerful stream at her. Ironically, Ingrid is the one caught off-guard, and is thrown through the ring of people still watching the battle, knocking several of them off their feet in the process as well. It takes a minute for Ingrid to crawl back into the ring, where she decides to simply lay on the floor and lick up the liquid there; be it beer, rainwater, or something less pleasant, she doesn’t know nor care. Behind her, the whirlpool has slowed enough to dump its contents on the ground before dispersing completely.
