Eh, let's open with a 15% Stockpile. Then, Ingrain. End with Giga Drain (health). Simple stuff!

Mirror Coat anything special, and if you see Tebow preparing a Focus Punch, launch an Energy Ball at him. On the last action, if there are any clones, or if Tebow is Protecting/Detecting/Digging/whatever (Substitute not included), Sandstorm.

Stockpile (15%)/Mirror Coat/Energy Ball ~ Ingrain/Mirror Coat/Energy Ball ~ Giga Drain (health)/Mirror Coat/Sandstorm

I'm not liking the look of those ice and fighting moves... ._. At least I had the sense to set a relatively low damage cap for this battle.
 
First off, hit that cradily with Toxic. Dragon Dance to get ready for attacking, and finish with Substitute.

Simple enough.
