The Run-Down Casino

Yeah!!!!!!!!
The Run-Down Casino
In an abandoned ghost town on the edge of the seemingly endless stretches of the Safari Zone rests a pile of ruble that was once famed as the most successful casino for hundreds of miles around, until the mayor of the town went insane, claiming that he was being haunted by phantoms and that the whole town must be burnt to the ground to destroy them. While many chose to oppose him, just as many stubbornly sided with him, and the entire town was destroyed in the resulting struggle. However, it’s said that the riches that the casino amounted were left there, buried among one of the many ruined remains of buildings indistinguishable from eachother, watched over by the spirits of those who lost their lives in the battle.
Skeptical yet still excited about these tales, you set out for the town, only to discover a fully intact and lit-up casino, standing out well from the ruins surrounding it. Ignoring the “NO ENTRY UNDER THE AGE OF 18” sign which may or may not apply to you anyways, you enter the building and are treated to a strange sight: Slot machines whirling, roulette wheels spinning, and cards being dealt, yet not a soul in sight.
A loud, disembodied voice booms into your ears, “Welcome to the sort of famous Shattered Eternity Casino! Would you like to play a game?”

The Slots
It costs $3 to play a round of slots, and $7 if you want to have three goes at once. Unfortunately, it seems that this slot machine doesn’t dispense money, but instead weird coins called “Prize Tokens”! What a ripoff! Oh well, it looks like you can exchange those for various stages of evolution of this week’s prize Pokémon, depending on how rare your coin is. You can even hold on to one until a prize Pokémon you like comes up! What a deal!

Prize Tokens
Bronze Token - Nets you the lowest evolution stage of the prize Pokémon.
Silver Token - Nets you a second evolution stage of the prize Pokémon.
Gold Token - Nets you a final evolution stage of the prize Pokémon.
Platinum Token - Nets you any evolution stage you want of the prize Pokémon.
Diamond Token - Nets you a shiny form of any evolution stage you want of the prize Pokémon! Extremely rare!

-Prize Pokémon-
This week’s prize Pokémon are…
Magby Magmar Magmortar
The Magmar family!
The prize Pokémon are randomly changed once a week every Friday, and can be any Pokémon with three evolutionary stages other than pseudo-legendaries. If MidnightSaboteur thinks this is too diverse, I’ll change it, but with one Pokémon line a week, I don’t think it’ll be a problem.

Roulette
On closer inspection, the roulette boards have on them not numbers, but rather images of Pokémon, all either Ghost, Psychic, or Dark types. A crudely-drawn diagram pinned to the table seems to indicate that landing one of the balls locked in the money-operated cases on the right on a Pokémon will make it appear for you to catch. It also notes that all of the Pokémon on the board are pretty damn rare, and have a decent chance of being shiny, which is why the roulette balls are kind of highly priced at $8. You're kind of skeptical, but decide to give it a try anyways.

You obtain...
1 Bronze Token on the first try, a puff of dust that floats away on the second try, and 1 Platinum Token on the third try! Congrats! You may exchange these at any time you like.

I'll trade them both in, please. I'd like an Electivire with the Platinum token.

I'd also like a game of Roulette. Cheater's Ball pl0x.

Enjoy your
Elekid Elekid [M] and
Electivire Electivire [F]!

You got a...
(How do I get Pokémon with punctuation in their names to work with [sprite]?) Mr. Mime [M] on your roulette spin! Congrats.

~Kai~
I'll assume you meant $7 for three goes at the slots.

You got a...
(Seriously?) Mime Jr. [M] on your roulette spin! Congrats.
You got...
A Silver Token on your first try, a Gold Token on your second try, and nothing on your third try! Congrats. You may exchange these at any time you like. Maybe I need to make the better tokens a bit rarer...

You got...
A Platinum Token on your first try, a Bronze Token on your second try, and a second Platinum Token on your third try! Congrats! You may exchange these any time you like. Yeah I definitely do. The good tokens are way too common.

Hey, frostdawn, I have a suggestion to fix your dilemma.
Bronze Token- 1:5
Silver Token- 1:10
Gold Token- 1:25
Platinum Token- 1:100
Diamond Token- 1:1000

That should work, right?

Aaaaaa don't make me do math while I'm not in school. D:
I just upped the rates of getting nothing, bronze, and silver tokens. Gold, platinum, and diamond tokens now have a combined chance of 1/10 altogether, which I think should work well enough. Platinum is only 1/200 rarer than gold since for most purposes they're the same thing.

Eh, I'll save it anyway. Who knows? Maybe that scenario could come in handy at some point in my area.
