Hottest Head of States

... Brown isn't the head of state, Liz is!! And obv she should be at the top of that list. You know you'd hit dat.
 
They couldn't find a photo of the President of Uraguay that didn't look like a fly had just flown into his eye?

For a glorious moment, I thought the King of Thailand (187)'s hat was his hair. That would've been so good.

not sure what 14 is doing so high - i mean she's kind of cute for a female politician, but definitely below average when it comes to just women in general. 12 seems really high too, although based on a comment in the site's FAQ i suspect that might be a bit of a personal thing.

on the other side of the coin, 52 is absolutely adorable and should be much higher (i looked him up on wikipedia and i was told that he is a former dance instructor, who is unmarried and heavily rumored to be gay. d'awww), 22 looks like the coolest guy i've ever seen in my life, the picture of putin in a wifebeater made me laugh really really hard, and i'm really not sure why the pope is deemed so ugly that he's placed just above kim jong il.
 
I wanna know what Sarkozy's doing so high up the list (35). He's not a looker normally, but that picture couldn't possily make him look more deranged. 52 *is* adorable and I love his eyebrows.

I'm not sure that the Pope is at the bottom because he's ugly so much as because he's not handsome and because he's creepy looking.
And some people may just be jealous of his hat.

eta: also, yeah, very few prime ministers are heads of state - usually it's the president.
 
The president of Iceland isn't on there either, and he's the actual head of state. But he's far from hot anyway, so.

I like #2. Never realized Norway had a hot prime minister. :o

I think most of this list is fair though they picked the silliest Putin picture haha. He's looking pretty decent in the full picture but still. At least Dima's at 21 :<

I agree with José Socrates (17) being added B] he used to not be there but wtf if you only count Cavaco Portugal is depressingly low on the list (63). Stupid vampire President.

Norway's PM is hella hot. Fuck Norway and it being good in every way.
 
Awww they used that absolutely adorable pic of Gordon Brown where he looks like a giggly schoolboy and I just want to hug him. D: And he's still 115, come on, he's not that bad.

The guy who's last is way better than a load of the others down there, especially in the 200+ region. :(

5 should definitely not be that high up, ew. But 3, 14 and actually 76 are pretty. (And is it totally wrong that Putin always makes me a bit weak in the knees? 8D;)
