SSB4 player chosen DLC characters

What is the full list of DLC characters so far? Also have they come up with an alternate method of getting these characters without having to buy the codes yet?:(

These are all separate to the Smash Ballot, well so far the DLC characters are:
Mewtwo /SSBMelee
Lucas from Earthbound/SSBBrawl
Roy from Fire Emblem/SSBMelee
Ryu from street fighter

plus several stages and a ton of mii outfits

Smash Ballot is more like a Character suggestion site instead of voting from a limited range of characters. I guess results will prob be announced during a future Nintendo direct maybe around Christmas time?

There won't be an alternate method. DLC is, by definition, payed for.

That is not the only way. There are other methods but I am not going to disclose that information though.:)

I think he's hinting at piracy but that doesn't make any sense in the context of DLC for a multiplayer game on the most recent Nintendo platform
