• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

What national holiday is on your birthday?

December 28 is … Card Playing Day and National Chocolate Day

Two of my favorite things. Awesome.

By the by, there seem to be a lot of chocolate related ones.

National Pink Day. FUUUUUUUUUUU And not on the list, my birthday falls on the Noche de San Juan (Night of San Juan). Tradition says you have to dive backwards 7 times at midnight at the San Juan Bay for luck.

Apparently mine is 'National Candy Corn Day'. I have no earthly idea what candy corn is, but since it purports to be a national day for a nation to which I do not belong, it doesn't really matter.

Wikipedia has told me that it's also the 'Anniversary of the Declaration of the Slovak Nation', but I'm not affiliated with Slovakia either.

Mostly I call it 'The day before Halloween'.

Candy Corn! Wiki tells me it's a US/Canada thing. It's my favourite Halloween candy. I ate 1.6 kg of it in like 3 days this year. :D

Candy corn is incredibly delicious and incredibly disgusting at the same time. That's basically all you need to know. It's probably pure sugar and preservatives.

Obviously, they are made from finely-ground troll horns, liquified and then solidified into its end shape (but not before bucketloads of sugar is diluted into it)

National Dance Like A Chicken Day. I dare you to top this.

My birthday is also the Liberian National Unification Day and Mark Zuckerberg's birthday (and regardless I don't use Facebook).

National JoyGerm Day and Man Watcher's Day
WHAT THE HELL

Oh, and Wargle, you were born a day before me.
