Re: Pokémon Registration Office

No, not a starting team

[The Desert Spirit] Flygon (F) Levitate

[Obsidian] Aerodactyl (M) Rock Head

[Wraith] Gengar (M) Levitate

[Moth] Nincada (M) Compoundeyes

Actual starting team will come when I have more money and honestly know what I want that won't be gotten via Bill. <<

Re: Pokémon Registration Office

[The Beast] Aerodactyl (Male)
Signature Attribute: Poisonous Salivary Glands

The Beast is an unusual Aerodactyl whose salivary glands produce a stinging venom, which does not only deal damage but also slows the sufferer. This poison is injected into his victims through his fangs, allowing him to poison any opponent he bites or otherwise attacks with his teeth. However, he is unable to imbue his fangs with elemental energy in the manner of other Aerodactyl.

Effects: The Beast can use Poison Fang, but not Fire Fang, Thunder Fang or Ice Fang. If an enemy is poisoned as a result of Poison Fang, they are also mildly paralyzed. Any biting attack that is not Poison Fang still has a 10% chance to poison targets (regular poison) if successful.

Signature Move: Cursed Frenzy

The Beast uses ancient demonic magic to send himself into a maddened rage; in this state his eyes are usually very bloodshot, and he tends to shriek a lot. Oh, and he froths at the mouth. While Frenzied, the Beast is unusually vicious, particularly with his trademark Poison Fang attack; he deals twice the damage he usually would with all attacks, and an additional 2% with Poison Fang. However, this demonic empowerment comes at a cost: he also receives double damage from all sources (including self-inflicted damage). Energy costs are unaffected.

Type: Dark / Stat: --- / Base Damage: --- / Accuracy: --- / Target: Self / Energy: 5% / Duration: 3 actions
Effects: The user becomes Frenzied, dealing double damage (and an additional 2% with Poison Fang) but taking double damage from all sources.
Usage Gap: 9 actions

No amount of wishful thinking will make that equal $37.

TRYING TO GIVE NOZOMU A SIG ATTRIBUTE~

[Itoshiki Nozomu] Spinarak (M)
Ability: Insomnia
Body Mod: Signature Attribute - I'm in DESPAIR!

Itoshiki Nozomu is a very special snowflake. Having been driven to depression and periodic suicide attempts at a young age (made worse by the fact that, as a Spinarak, he is completely capable of making his own rope to hang himself with) from everything ranging from human stupidity to how pervasive the internet has become to how a very-strange Clefairy seems to have the urge to troll him IRL, the standard smiley face on his back has been replaced with a frown.

As such, he is surrounded by an aura of fear, hatred, and hopelessness which strengthens any attacks he might use that rely on him being upset - Frustration, for one - and is somewhat contagious. His opponents will slowly lose the desire to beat him up - because what reward is there in defeating someone who has already lost? - and are likely to be overwhelmed by the aura of gloom. On the other hand, anything rooted in happiness and goodwill - such as Return - has a stronger-than-usual effect on him.

Effects: +2% damage and -1% energy for all attacks that involve him wallowing in self-pity that he might use (such as Frustration); using Frustration does not make him feel better (because he is IN DESPAIR); he takes 1.5* normal damage from Return and has -1 evasion against any move involving happiness and/or goodwill; being near him for extended lengths of time will lower the mood of any other Pokemon with the exception of Happiny and its evolutions; prolonged exposure to Nozomu decreases Attack and Special Attack by one level every three rounds; Nozomu's opponents have a 5% chance of giving up attempts to escape String Shot or Spider Web every round.

Re: Pokémon Registration Office

Well, there is still the second reason for it, but I figure you're right. And for the reason behind her attacking her own teammates, I figured the bio explaining how she loses control along with it explaining, right in the target field, how the target is random, explained it clearly enough

Mind if I try to start on the evolution's sig move and run it pass you through pm (as it is WAY too strong for a Pichu)? After all, it will take me awhile to get everything right for it

Pichu (F)

Signature Attribute: Electric Reserve

Description: Pichu's, as we know, discharge energy very easily when startled. Of course, this discharge likely does very little if it happened within battle. However, if one learned to control these discharges and instead store up energy, then it may end up being quite powerful indeed. That is what Pichu did. She, through practice, learned how to store up her energy. This energy remains within her until she is weakened too much to keep it in anymore. At this point, she lets it all out, and her fur, almost like a Mareep's, absorbs it. As such, any contact made with her causes the electricity to jump to the opponent. This electricity goes beyond a Pichu's normal static ability, however, being the kind used to attack. Combined with the static that naturally occurs in the fur, and it causes it to be quite nasty. The electricity is so lively that it even jumps to special attacks that Pichu may use! However, all this energy is not good for anyones health, and as such, it continually harms Pichu. It doesn't help as they hurt themselves with electricity easily, as it is stated even in their Pokedex entries. Also, due to the constant zapping occurring, it makes it nearly impossible to just calm down and chill. Another problem with the zapping is that it makes it slightly harder to concentrate, causing more energy to be used just to ignore the pain and use an attack.

Effects: Pichu, upon going under 33% health, starts doing an extra 2% electric-type damage for every attack made, whether electric type or not. Also, all of her physical attacks have a 5% chance of paralysis if they have no secondary effect already. As a cost, however, all attacks cost an extra 1% energy to perform, along with Pichu receiving 1% damage, whether attacked or not, after each action performed. This damage is not affected by Protect or Detect. Also, while this attribute is activated, Pichu cannot chill. Entering a body of water causes the damage done to Pichu at the end of each action to go up to 2% instead of 1%. Also, while in a body of water, all Pokemon within five feet that are also in the water will receive 1% electric-type damage at the end of each action.
Yes, the attack states that the target is random, but it never states at what point or under what conditions it becomes random. "As it grows more powerful" is hardly a specific condition. You may PM me the signature move for pikachu, but if it is WAY too strong for pichu I advise you to remember that pikachu is only one evolutionary step up from pichu and not going to be experiencing a huge massive power increase as a result of evolution.

Make the signature attribute's effects apply to every "damaging" attack made by Pichu, and it's approved.

Usage Gap: 9 actions
Signature attribute: approved.

Signature move: Energy usage for double-power moves should be upped slightly, probably 2% per attack. Also, usage gap should be "9 actions from the end of all effects."

Too powerful; remove the decrease in attack and special attack and either reduce the damage bonus to 1% or remove the energy decrease.
