• Welcome to The Cave of Dragonflies forums, where the smallest bugs live alongside the strongest dragons.

Guests are not able to post messages or even read certain areas of the forums. Now, that's boring, don't you think? Registration, on the other hand, is simple, completely free of charge, and does not require you to give out any personal information at all. As soon as you register, you can take part in some of the happy fun things at the forums such as posting messages, voting in polls, sending private messages to people and being told that this is where we drink tea and eat cod.

Of course I'm not forcing you to do anything if you don't want to, but seriously, what have you got to lose? Five seconds of your life?

  • I have neither, only AOL IM.

I've always planned on making an MSN, and now is a good time.

    (runs off)

PM Me that link, if you wish. I will respond with my newly made MSN
... I could pm you a link of where I'm planning on going, if you like. Though, to be perfectly honest, that place is gradually going to the dogs too.

Would you prefer my Yahoo and MSN handles? I don't do AOL IM; I don't trust anything that company brings out.
Yup. This place has gone downhill. Before, in the .irc room, I'd have gotten a polite request to tone it down.

Still, it's a good reminder of why I left for that roleplay forum in the first place. I may just go back there.
Yup. The guy that replied is the one who did the ban. He didn't even have the decency to put up the actual conversation, since he didn't think I'd be able to see the post. He's trying to imply that I was being inappropriate. -_-

Huh. If he'd replied a lot later, I'd have had a lot more time to cool off. As it is, he gets an upset post.
According to that thread, I assume the guy who you are talking about is the guy who replyed.

The switch to the vBulletin forums has changed everyone.
I wanted to chat to the other members. Get to know them again, and pick up the prevailing mentality of the forum. As it turns out, the first impression I had of a certain member all those years ago is still correct. The guy's a jerk.
Yeah, i read the post in the IRC thread.

why would you want to go on #tcod anyway?

Meh, kind of a ridiculous reason to be banished, if you ask me.
