And while I'm at it, let's mess around with Khao's signature move a bit.

[Khao] Typhlosion (M) @Magmarizer
Ability: Blaze
Signature Move: Volatile Spirit

Cyndaquil are known to be cute and meek little Pokemon. Not only are they small and light, they lack any sort of daunting, lethal weapon that would deter predators or other threats. Their only defense is to curl into a black-and-yellowish ball and flare up their back flames at the first sign of danger.

Khao is a special little cookie - he's far from the stereotypical Cyndaquil. From an early age he's loved adventuring into forests, mountain ranges, and the like, driving his mother mad with worry when he disappeared for days at a time. He always came back, of course, perhaps with only a few bruises, but more often than not covered with wounds of varying sizes. The vicious Pokemon in the wilderness simply were not deterred by a small fire on their prey; after all, there are other areas you can bite or scratch without burning yourself.

Now, Khao was worried that one day, he would run into a particularly fierce Pokemon that would claw him to pieces, back-fire or no. Of course, he figured, the only way to completely deter them was to cover his entire body in flame. No-one would want to bite through a coat of white-hot fire for such a small morsel.

In the beginning, he had no success whatsoever. The flames stubbornly stayed on his back, no matter what he did. Eventually, he found that, by concentrating more energy in his back, he could make the blaze larger and hotter. Finally, after months upon months of practicing, he perfected the technique of swathing his entire body in flame. It took a fair amount of energy, and he wasn't immune to his own flames, but he was satisfied with his progress for now.

And at long last, Khao has evolved into a Typhlosion. He is now incredibly adept at controlling fire, and though he still must sacrifice a small portion of his energy and health to keep the flames going, he's learned to jack up the intensity of the flames marginally so it will activate the effects of the Magmarizer he always carries around. The process takes a bit of time, though, so the Magmarizer only activates one round after Volatile Spirit has been used.

Type: Fire / Damage: n/a / Target: Self / Accuracy: 100% / Energy: 1% to activate, 1% for every round it is activated / Duration: For the rest of the battle, or until Khao falls below 25% energy.
Effects: After Khao has been sent out, he may use an action to activate his attribute. It doesn't matter which action it is - it can be the 1st action, it can be activated during the fifth round, whatever. From then on, Khao has the ability Flame Body in addition to all other abilities. It cannot be switched off from that point on, though if Khao ever falls below 25% energy he simply becomes too exhausted to keep up the fire, and it will fade away. Even if energy is restored so that he climbs above 25% energy once more, he won't be able to activate it again. On the flipside, the flames will intensify if he's in great danger - that is, less than 15% health - so any Pokemon that makes contact with him, friend or foe, will suffer 2% fire-type damage.

Obviously, the flames require energy to maintain, and it costs 1% energy per round to maintain this state. Finally, even Khao is not immune to his own fire, so he'll also take 1% damage every round his attribute is active.

One round after Volatile Spirit has been activated, the ability Khao's Magmarizer grants him, Flash Fire, will activate. It will not stack if Flash Fire has already been activated, and the boost will be lost if the Magmarizer is Knocked Off, Coveted, or otherwise rendered useless.

Usage Gap: Once per battle

Smeargle and evolution approved. As for the sig move changes... the description of the Magmarizer doesn't say anything about its effect needing to be activated - it's just always active when held. So an effect that activates it isn't really necessary. The changes to damage and energy are fine, otherwise.

Fash fire is activated in that it acts as though Khao was struck by a fire attack, and it grants the boost.

Ah. Right. In that case, blazheirio, the changes are approved. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Re: Pokémon Registration Office

All right, fixing up riolu.

[Ouranos] charmander (M)
Sig Attribute: Blue Blood Burns Blue

Ouranos is the descendant of a line of charizard native to the Himalayas. Living at high altitude on icebound peaks, they gradually adapted to the frigid environment with a thickening of their blood and changes in its composition. As a result, their tails produce a clean-burning, hot blue flame rather than one colored the usual red or orange. The flames that they conjure for use in attacks are similarly affected.

Effects: Ouranos' fire-type attacks are blue in color instead of red or orange. They are also hotter than normal fire attacks, with the result that all of his damaging fire-type attacks will do 1% more damage after all other modifiers have been applied. However, in order to produce hotter flame Ouranos also has a higher metabolism than most charmander, with the result that he uses an extra 1% energy per round.

Finally, adding a couple of signature attributes and one signature move.

[Phlogiston] chimchar (F)
Sig Attribute: Fiery Spirit, Spirited Fire

Phlogiston is more in touch with her inner fire than most other monferno. Believing flame the essence of her soul, she has worked long hours to perfect her control over the fire energy that flows throughout her body. As her proficiency in directing her fire energy grew, Phlogiston began to experiment with pushing it farther than she did for her normal attacks, attempting to create new techniques with properties completely unlike the usual flame moves. So far she hasn't had much luck, but she did discover that she is able to infuse half-formed attacks with fire energy without destroying their original properties, achieving attacks that look and feel fire-fueled even though they are built over the scaffold of another kind of energy.

Effects: At the cost of 2% energy per attack, Phlogiston may choose to change the type of whatever attack she is using to fire. This modification may be made to any attack, damaging or otherwise, and does not affect the effects of the attack in any way (e.g. toxic will still poison, fake out will still flinch). However, the attack will be considered fire type for the purpose of calculating damage, interacting with abilities, etc. Because the core of the attack still requires Phlogiston to manipulate energy of whatever type the attack ordinarily would be, she does not gain STAB on any damaging attacks modified in this way.

[Aximili] wooper (M)
Ability: Water Absorb
Sig Attribute: Perpetual Cheer

Aximili is a happy-go-lucky little wooper, forever grinning and looking out for a bit of fun. Whether he is oblivious or simply incredibly laid-back, jeers simply slide off him and obnoxious characters only make him laugh. His own insults and posturing are similarly weak, and he can't seem to muster rage at all. Even in the heat of battle, Aximili keeps up his positive outlook on life, sometimes driving his opponents to distraction with his failure to respond to their provocations.

Effects: Aximili is unfailingly cheerful and upbeat, and he refuses to let others ruin his good mood. As a result, he is immune to the effects of taunt, torment, and swagger, as well as any other attacks that would cause him to become angry or depressed. On the flip side, he is unable to use frustration, facade, or a swagger of his own.

I don't think anyone approved these attributes yet, so. Ouranos is fine. You referred to Phlogiston as a Monferno in the description of hers, but it looks okay, I guess. Aximili's is also fine, though I could've sworn it was female. Oh, well.

Another try...

Spr_4h_158.png

[Kenny]Totodile(M)
Ability: Torrent
Signature Attribute: Berserker

Kenny, like any Totodile, has a wierd habit of biting, slashing, punching or doing any other damage to whatever he spots. When he was young, his family taught him their ways of combat. After training for several weeks, he managed to let out his fury almost freely, going berserk and smashing whatever stood in his way.

In other words: once Kenny reaches a certain point of damage, he goes berserk, not thinking but instead attacking like mad. When in this status, Kenny is almost totally unaffected by attacks based on feelings, thought, or things that include being able to think.

Effects:
Once Kenny falls below 33% Health, he starts becoming much more agressive than he is normally. All of his attacks deal 3% more damage, but cost 3% more energy. If Kenny tries to chill when going berserk, he has to cool down, which means he won't be in berserk mode until 6 action after chilling. In addition, if he chills within the 3 action limit, the timer rests.
As long as Kenny is going berserk, he is unaffected by attacks that base on feelings(attract, scary face, charm, etc.). kenny is locked on physical attacks as long as he is going berserk. If, while Kenny is recharging his fury after Chilling, someone uses Taunt, Swagger or Torment on Kenny, he will automaticly go berserk the instant said attack is used.

I doubled the waiting time because I came to a conclusion that Kenny might need some time to get back into his fury.
And I editted the Tant etc. stuff to make it make more sense.

Do not quote posts when asking whether or not something has been approved, because the quote gets lost when the approver, in turn, quotes you.

I've never seen anything about Totodile as a species being prone to aggression or doing anything other than playful (if painful) biting, so I wouldn't call Kenny's tendency to go berserk "common"; I'd clean up the introductory paragraph so it gets the facts straight.

You said that chilling causes Kenny to wait 6 actions to go back into berserk mode, but then you said that "if he chills within the 3 action limit the timer resets". What 3-action limit? You never said anything about a limit. I assume that you forgot to change that 3 into a 6 and meant to say something like "if he chills again during the 6 action wait time", which means something different and makes more sense.
