It is! :D I'd love a minccino! Actually though - if I can request a pokemon, and it's cheaper! A rattata? As long as it has guts, I'm cool with whatever other things it is. Or a minccino is cool if you already bought one, I do like them!

Uhm, I think I will mention pokemon I like, just in case! All cheap ones. Rarity one: meowth (technician), poliwag (water absorb); Rarity two: abra (synchronize), slowpoke (own tempo), drowzee (forewarn).

For reference, if someone says their birthday is in X days or a week or whatever, there's really no point in giving them presents right then. They're not going to get anything until their actual birthday arrives, provided I'm paying attention. If you want to negotiate gifts early or whatever, sure, but please refrain from actually giving anything until it is actually their birthday.
 
okay so it was Espeon's birthday... yesterday? so I bought a Dragon Scale for his Horsea! but I fear I might have done this the wrong way and Negrek can't give it to him or something? I don't know.
